I came in shortly after they opened on Wednesday morning for suspected Strep. I was checked in quickly (only 1 person in waiting room ahead of me) and then seen almost immediately once I was assigned a treatment room. The doc seamlessly came in as the nurse was headed out with the strep test. I felt heard. I had questions about how best to keep my kids from contracting strep from me and by the time the rapid test was back, they has all the take home papers in hand and the prescription ordered. In less than an hour I was seen and had the medicine in hand so I could start getting better. Professional, clean and efficient! Thank you.
I came to the center on an Aug Sat. At 8 AM, I was the third person in a line that already totaled 20 people. I was very impressed by all the staff. I was struggling with the check in and the receptionist stepped in and took all my info. I was immediately brought back to a room and seen by a medical assistant, nurse, and PA. All listened carefully and told me what to expect next. 45 minutes later, I left having had an x-ray, covid test, and ekg and armed with a summary. I was instructed what to do next. When I had a followup question, the next day, I received an immediate call back from a nurse. Thank u to all the staff that interacted with me.
Simply pathetic! Over 3 hours to get a simple ultrasound done.
l had to go on Saturday because my eye was full of floaters. Got in quickly. The staff is kind and friendly. They recommended I see my retinologist ASAP. They calmed me down because I was frightened about sight loss.
kind friendly ppl working there. And efficient. Also the waiting area in urgent care has many clients that like to talk to other clients while waiting to b seen. They have just about everything you need with all depts, reminds me of a Small Effient Hospital.
The incompetence is mind boggling! I waited three months to see a nurse practitioner and she had never even looked at one of my medical records. I waited six months to see a doctor and he told me I only have 20 minutes so I better skip to the best parts of my list I had written. If this is the best Cape Cod can do I need a referral to a witch doctor.
Close and fast service.
Excellent customer service at check in. Very friendly!! Great Dr and Nurse care and prompt service!!!
Very helpful and informative.
I have been a patient at Fontaine for years with monthly visits to the lab for INR bloodwork. Never had an unpleasant experience until today. I have always found the lab staff to be courteous, helpful and professional but unfortunately I met a very unpleasant staff member today. I walked out in frustration without getting my blood draw due to a person with a very unpleasant attitude. The exception, not the rule. Everyone else I have met at the lab has been terrific. Disappointing as this was an important visit requested by my primary care physician.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
