MIta Gupta's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Gupta has been my primary for several years. I have followed her to Cape Cod Healthcare from a different medical group. She is what a doctor should be. She is smart, she is attentive, she is observant, she is respectful, kind and professional but most of all caring. Up until 2019, I took Dr. Gupta for granted. Thinking to myself...she's pretty good. She listens and seems very knowledgeable, I'm not unhappy about having to see her every so often, etc. Then in 2019, I started experiencing issues with numbness and I thought I'd go check in with her. Unfortunately, she was on leave and I saw another physician. She called to follow up with me when she returned to the office and had reviewed her case notes. She asked to see me at a time of day that I know is after hours. I thought it must be pretty important, no doctor would see you after hours. I cannot express how grateful I was for that meeting as it was the beginning of several appts with neurosurgeons and tests that all led to pretty serious surgery. My surgeon told me that if I had waited much longer to address my issue, I could end up without the use of my legs. How many doctors still do that kind of stuff? Our choices here on Cape Cod are so limited compared to areas over the bridge. It's good to know that I am one of the lucky ones to call Dr. Gupta my primary.

She has been my Doctor for over 4 years. Dr. Gupta is delightful, very easy to talk to, she listens, and takes your feelings into consideration. I would recommend her to anyone; very soft spoken and is a Doctor you can feel comfortable and safe with.

Dr. Gupta is everything doctor should be. She's kind and gives as much time as you need. The same goes for her staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Gupta for several years. She always listens and genuinely cares about her patients. Her office staff is friendly and helpful. On a side note: I do prefer not to have to see the Nurse Practictioner at Fontaine, she on the other hand is terrible and really does NOT care. Wait to see Dr. Gupta if at all possible.

Each time I've requested an appointment, I've been dispatched to the nurse practitioner who seems very fond of writing a quick prescription rather than getting to the bottom of the patient's true health issues. TWICE I have been written a prescription by her, on the basis of a 5-minute meeting during which my vitals weren't even taken. She even told me what I was suffering from, without vitals, tests, nor history. In both cases, her drive-through diagnosis was completely wrong. Fortunately, I didn't feel good about either meeting, so never took the prescriptions. She is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Dr Gupta is by far the the kindest most dedicated MD that I have ever encountered & I work with MD's on a daily basis. She genuinely cares for her patients & goes above and beyond to make sure they are comfortable when they leave her office, the staff in her office are just as kind, especially her Nurse/Ma Destiny. I highly recommend Dr Gupta if you are in need of a Primary Care.

Dr. Gupta is probably one of the best doctor's I have ever encountered, she listens to her patients & you can tell she truly cares. Any time I have an issue concerning my health I know I can call her office & get the best advice possible.

Dr, Gupta is an excellent doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and concerned. She spends time with you and is not in a hurry to move you along.

Dr Gupta provided me with excellent care. She listens,always follows up, and her diagnostic skills were spot on. Dr Gupta listens, she doesn't enter your symptoms into a laptop and parrot back whatever the application determines . Mita Gupta has provided me with exceptional care.
