The intake dept said they confirmed my insurance, and all I need to pay was the deductible and a script deposit. Well, I just got a bill from them!!! And unless your mental health is perfect, don’t go there. I was told by the hospital they sectioned me to that they do this all the time. And wow, the food is horrible!

Serenity was a good stop! The staff goes above and beyond they constantly make you feel like family. The alumni groups that came in were awesome and spot on! I truly wish I wasn’t so bad with names because there are so many individuals I would like to thank!!!!! The stand out staff member that truly made me feel loved was Lindsay (with the nails)😂😂😂. I miss her kindness and devotion to the sick and suffering. When what happen with my brother happen she stood with me and reinforced that I am strong and can get through it! Her devotion and passion made me rethink my own recovery all in positive ways! Love ❤️ you girl!

I was a patient right after they opened. I was scared and did not want to be there. From the director to nurses, techs and social workers I can not thank them enough! when I wanted to leave and give up they helped me realize that I needed to be there. would highly recommend.. great staff and a program that helps you to take the early steps to recovery!!

Amazing people as well as techs that go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of every group was amazing and helpful If you’re really taking sobriety seriously I need a detox and CSS I highly recommend Serenity
