South Shore Orthopedics is an outstanding medical facility! From the fine people at the check-in windows, through the entire staff! I very recently had shoulder surgery there and it could not have gone more smother. The pre-op nurses and staff are very professional, caring, and considerate! The pre-op area was extremely clean. Dr. McConville is one of the finest, most professional and caring surgeons in the field! He explains what he'll be doing prior to surgery in simple, understandable terms and not "doctor speak", as most do! He speaks to you, and not "at you" like so many other doctors! I greatly appreciate his demeanor! His follow-up, care is outstanding! Their overall post-operative care is excellent! I do not have enough adjectives in which to regale such an excellent facility as South Shore Orthopedics! I'm extremely fortunate to be one of their patients!

I saw Dr Mconville about my knees. He said it was my hips. I was misdiagnosed by the last doctor. He referred me to another doctor in the.practice. Got them both replaced. Love Dr. Mconville.

I feel that Dr. McConville was quite thorough and explained his diagnosis clearly. I have been a patient over the years and his awareness of my past history was important to him. I feel going forward that I am in the best hands possible.

I found the online “pre”check in to be comical. People came in after me and got on the regular check in line and were done before me!

Dr. McConville is wonderful! I would highly recommend to friends and family. This past year he has helped/fixed/ cured my "frozen" shoulder, my knee issues and my daughters broken collarbone. He is personable, a great listener and empathetic. The service I received from his entire staff was excellent. I HIGHLY recommend.I wish all doctors offices were this organized and ran this smoothly.
