List of Reliant Medical Group's Reviews
Not very good follow up.
Not sure what happened, but the customer/patient service started declining a few years back and is now worse than ever. I know they were bought out by Optum (Reliant was going bankrupt) and that took forever to start a transition, so maybe the limbo is what did it.
Really bad patient service. Find another care provider.
Reliant you're fired! Tried to get a prescription refilled (not a controlled substance) a few weeks after my PCP left, before I found a new PCP, and they wanted me to jump through all kinds of hoops; see another doc, see an ortho, go to PT .....! I had been on this med for a chronic issue for years. They obviously didn't read my chart or look at my history and didn't listen to my explanation! Fortunately and ironically, I was able to get the prescription refilled easily through another doc. Said it was a good med. for my condition. This is the second time we've tried using Reliant and won't go back. They seem increasingly concerned about profit and less and less about patient care. WW
Doctor Tadiri and staff are wonderful. They call for appointment reminders and check-ins. They are on top of their game, putting children first and red tape last. Definitely recommend.
Great experience here! Dr Silva and his entire staff are extraordinary. I am so glad to have found such a wonderful place to get care.
Absolutely horrible care. They only have like 2 doctors, the rest are young "Physician assistants" or "Nurse Practitioners" (a 3 year degree)! It's all about money with this company. So sad.
I am very pleased with Dr Moreland. She has gotten me up to date on routine tests that my previous practice never got around to. I am new to Reliant and so far I am glad I switched.
The docs are kind and thorough, but weight bias is a huge problem at this practice, even in pediatrics. If you want comprehensive care from people who can look at you as more than a number on a scale, go elsewhere.UPDATE: After explaining my concerns to the practice director a year ago, I received a semi-apology and a promise to look closer at my overall health and do a better job of listening to me. My most recent interactions with this practice did not show ANY improvement. My hard-fought weight loss was not acknowledge or celebrated because according to their charts and numbers I'm still "obese." To them fat=bad, unhealthy, and unworthy of quality care. Skinny=good. Reducing my review to one star and switching back to UMass.
I’ve been a patient of three different Doctors here over the years. I’m real pleased with the care. I’ve never waited more than a few minutes. The system of nurses and PAs are great and I’ve always felt the doctors have plenty of time for me. I’ve called a few times and quickly get a member of my care team. Also my wife and stepson are Thai immigrants and english is their second language. When we schedule appointments they will arrange a Thai interpreter via Skype. The lab and eye doctor are on site as well.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
