Waiting 45mins just for someone to answer :/ is insane. I love my Dr. Jennifer Jersack, she’s the best, just their answering service sucks. I have covid && want to talk to someone about chest nd backache :( not cool…
Awesome in person but dont try calling for appointment they will leaving waiting go in and insist you get appoinment had cleaning with damaris last week was told im getting appointment call monday still waiting tried calling no one answers and im at work terrible they need phone people to book appointments instead of making people wait until they in pain
Holyoke health Dental was good to Kyle, to a sense. They have specialists that enrolled him in insurance. They also saw him like in a few days for his pain and treated is dental infection by giving him rinse, and antibiotics.now his antibiotics are out, I really wish they scheduled a follow up to ask kyle about his situation now -post surgery.
I would highly suggest switching if you are assigned Dr.Kazim. One of the worst experiences I have had in the medical field. Poor communication, lack of sincere care. You will be left struggling with symptoms and she will not do anything to resolve your issues. She will try to send you to the ER, Instead of being investigative and doing some lab work.
I miss Dr. Elizabeth O’Dair.
Your Medical Records Department of two employees don't cut it... hippa forms filled about 3 weeks ago still not in the system...1 employees blames the other for not updating info or they say the don't have it... do better... holyoke health center... my mom goes there. Get ur act together.. also. PHARMACY staff lack empathy!!! Rude as heck at times.
The entire center alone is garbage workers waste time gossiping instead of doing their jobs on attending patients and scheduling is lousy they never answer the phones been waiting 6 months for a simple physical and still no respond its not a hospital its a clinic very poor quality should be shut down
This place has some of the best doctors I have ever interacted with. Very caring individuals who actually take the time to figure out what is causing you to feel unwell, and to discover what the problem is. However, there is one major flaw with this clinic. And that is it's pharmacy. Today ( Friday ) I called to fill a refill on a very important prescription of mine, that I need for my well-being. The phone just rings endlessly. No voicemail. No one picking up. I decided maybe I should actually travel to the pharmacy because maybe they were just very busy. There was some light snow, and slush on the roads, but nothing serious. They closed due to the "storm" ( I put that in quotation marks because it is hardly a storm at all.). There were multiple people walking by the clinic in frustration realizing that it was closed ( I wouldn't be surprised if they were facing a similar issue as me . ) The problem here is that closing the pharmacy, without warning, and giving no alternative method for people to get their medications is not only inconsiderate, but irresponsible. What if someone needs a medication that there life depends on? In my case, I can have severe withdrawals and even fatal seizures when abruptly stopping the medicine I am prescribed. But I can imagine other scenarios where the pharmacy closing in such a manner could cause problems for people. What if someone needs medicine for their heart? What if a diabetic needs their insulin? This practice of suddenly closing their pharmacy without warning at the first glimpse of snowflakes is outrageous. It is absolutely deplorable, irresponsible, neglectful, and could put people's lives in danger. I highly recommend against going to this clinic's pharmacy. The doctors are great. Skip the pharmacy though.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
