List of Alan M Jackson's Reviews
I had called Dr. Jackson office on Friday 10-25-19 after being released from the ER that morning. I was told that my information was to e sent to my doctor and that they would inform him that I needed to be seen asap on Monday. I sat on hold all day Friday trying to schedule this appointment that they were supposed to know about. I never got a hold of anybody and was forced to try and control ,my sickness till Monday. When Monday came I tried to get an appointment, not only did the nurse on the phone accuse me of fake symptoms she also tried to diagnose me without every seeing me and then tried to tell me to stop taking my medication as though she had any idea the pain I was in. This office is unprofessional and honestly they just flat out dont care about patients.
Very nice and took time with my husband and follow up always.
Poor patient care and makes you feel like your bothering him and does not care
Worst office worst doctor would never recommend him to anyone.
Years ago I had been suffering with a pain in my lower right side no one could find what was wrong. I had test after test, then my friend said go get a second opinion from Dr. Jackson by now I had had it being poked at, so I did He took a simlpe blood test and found my medication was stopping my liver from working right. God only knows what would have happened if I stayed on it for much longer. That was about 20 years ago and I would not go to anyone else and everyone I have sent to him loves him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
