My mother has a severe hearing loss and has for many years. I have been to many Audiologists and Darcy, of Baystate Audiology, Hopkinton, was amazing. She was professional, corrected multiple problems ranging from repairing and reprograming my Mom's hearing aids, and other services. Overall, my Mom is hearing better than she has in a long time.

Darcy runs Baystate Audiology. It is a small, one-person operation. She has a sound booth and a computer that communicates with the various hearing aids. Darcy spent time with my wife and I testing different hearing aids until we got one which suited us. I recommend Baystate Audiology, as Darcy is very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Because of Covid-19, her hours are limited, however, she will do her best to setup a time best for you. She offers a wide variety of hearing aids at reasonable prices.

My husband is currently a patient of Darcy's at Baystate Audiology in Hopkinton MA and both of us give Darcy/Baystate Audiology an A+ rating. She was extremely accommodating and very personable. She took her time & explained every detail regarding hearing aids. Did not push anything on us and went above & beyond when I asked her to check out MY ear as I was having crackling in it for about 2 months. She told me I had a ball of wax sitting on my eardrum. I then went to 2 specialist that told me nothing was in my ear and after seeing the 3rd specialist he finally saw what Darcy had told me and he suctioned it out!! My hearing is perfect now and no more crackling!! I can't thank Darcy enough. Would definitely recommend her/Baystate Audiology to anyone.

Darcy goes beyond professional. A gregarious young woman takes the time to make sure I understood my hearing aids and my options. What a refreshing experience. She knows her products and how to sell. I'm a bit of a cynic but she put me at ease at the very first visit. I'd recommend her to anyone.

Baystate Audiology is a small, one-person operation. Darcy runs it. She has a sound booth and computer that talks to all the various hearing aids. She spent hours with me previewing four top-line aids and answered all my questions without any BS. She knows her stuff and her prices are good. She reserved judgment on my reactions to the different aids we were evaluating until I revealed my druthers, meaning she went out of her way to avoid “steering” me one way or another until I had decided what my gut was telling me was the best unit (she later confirmed my gut instinct, but I appreciated her holding off on that). I noticed Darcy has an excellent command of all the various manufactures’ hearing aid programming environments and is facile in navigating them all. I initially walked in with an evaluation pair (from a different audiologist) that had a lot of echo. She was able to read out the program and download it to a set of her own aids and tweaked them a bit to virtually eliminate the echo and harshness… so I knew she had it going. I recommend Baystate Audiology. Darcy is very competent, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. She always returned my calls and responded to all my emails. She offers a wide variety of hearing aids at reasonable prices.
