We had a great experience with Dr. Melissa Palma and her staff during the delivery of our first child. Leading up to the labor, Dr. Palma was always professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to the questions I had during each trimester. Being a first time mom, I would have liked more information from Dr. Palma during our initial monthly visits on things to do/avoid, helpful pointers, etc and found the lack of it a little unnerving at times. But as the frequency of our interactions increased towards the latter half of my pregnancy, I felt confident and reassured. The real MVP throughout my labor experience were the the doctors, nurses and support staff at MWMC L&D department. From the moment we were admitted for induction the day before delivery to discharge, we felt cared for, listened to, and confident in the staff, procedures, and outcomes. We couldn't have been happier with our decision to choose Dr. Palma, MWMC L&D and would definitely recommend them.

Had my IUD removed which was uncomfortable but I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my care. As always Dr Palma is caring, enthusiastic and efficient. As a physician myself, I know that Dr Palma is top in her field for so many reasons. She cared for me during my first pregnancy and I felt truly cared for every step of the way by her and her colleagues. I trust her and her team and would recommend her highly.
