Big Shout out to the team at Platinum PT- Hopkinton Specially Christian Navarro for doing a good job and helping rehabilitate my injured back. Went in with a very bad back issue and with constant attention and work based on my feedback and working together, back got a a Lot better from day 1. Was provided with guidance on how to proceed from here on to get to 100% and found it very useful and reassuring. Clean facility, professional and friendly staff. Would highly recommend it. I can't say enough about the help that Kim Bolick provided at Platinum Physical Therapy, Hopkinton. After tearing my meniscus, using my knee correctly was just not happening. I was favoring it, limping, and lacked the confidence to do basic exercises due to the pain and bothersome clicking. Kim worked with me over several sessions, and now I enjoy a pain-free knee and increased confidence in my ability to run and golf in addition to the basics. The meniscus is still torn, but the tips and tricks Kim taught me have me rarely noticing. Thank you, Kim!

I really appreciated Christian Navarro’s approach to my persistent lower back pain: learn about what’s going on with your body, strengthen it, re-learn how to move it, and assume control. Every body is different, but this really worked for me, and left me feeling empowered rather than at the mercy of the next back strain/pain. Very organized operation, highly recommend.

Fantastic practice! I have seen three different therapists here over the last few years. I don't know anything about PT but this team seems highly skilled - I experienced great results 3/3 times. I most recently saw Julianne for neck & shoulder pain. She was quickly able to identify the source of my pain and build a manageable plan that I'm now maintaining at home.

The awesome PTs at Platinum Physical Therapy in Hopkinton helped me get 100% functionality and recover completely from 2 knee replacements and rotator cuff surgery. Christian really knows shoulders and how to get them back to full strength. He mixes new innovative exercises and treatments with therapies to build a strong base. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
