I am just going to say that I would have rated this visit with 5 stars, but the intake nurse Rosemarie ruined it.I was seen in this location on October 19, 2021 and was treated very poorly by the intake nurse Rosemarie. I went into the Urgent Care with one issue and she got upset with me when I told her that the issue on my mychart, which she brought up, was not the one my doctor told me to go to Urgent Care for. After dealing with her non-bedside manner self I was taken into the back. The nurse who came to get me and the doctor were excellent.I have been seen at this Urgent Care location multiple times and have NEVER experienced anyone like Rosemarie. I usually have great service all around, but when you felt as bad as I did that afternoon you DO NOT treat the patient poorly.
This place is terrible, if you want to burn 3 hours of your life to find out what’s wrong with you go for it
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.Very disappointed!I can’t believe how long I had to wait.I WILL NEVER COME BACK.
The nurse and whole office staffwere concerned and got me started with tests immediately. The result was I had a DVT and was put on medication.I wonder if I didn't go there would I have had a stroke or worseI feel they saved my life and I am extremely grateful to everyone who was there that dayALL I CAN SAY IS THEY KNOW WHAT YOU NEED AND ARE GOOD AT IT
I gotta say, I was very impressed. Hurt my knee really bad at work, went there and they treated me very well. There were some detractors though. The wait was VERY long, waited 5 seperate times, got there at 515 and didnt leave till around 715. Got everything filled out nice and clearly. I forget the guy's name but he said he wasn't normally from this branch, and the x-ray tech both of them were awesome along with the lady who did my case report. They also graciously provided me a pair of crutches and asked multiple times if i needed a wheelchair very kindly, but I declined. This place always gives surprisingly quality service. If you get an injury you don't think is major enough to warrant a hospital visit but isnt minor enough to patch up at home, this is the place. Im not picky on COVID guidelines either, but they followed them to a tee. Great job. Not perfect, but a solid 9/10 A job.
I called ahead looking to do a routine gov physical (719k). I was assured over the phone I could. Once I got there a person who was supposed conduct the test “didn’t feel comfortable” because she never did that specific test before (despite the writing stating that any licensed Dr/PA/nurse could do the test).
What a wonderful experience! Just walked in and was attended right away! Everyone was so nice and professional! Highly recommend !
Everything went smoothly until they called me back with my lab results and told me they put in my prescription order, WHICH THEY DID NOT. Had to wait another day for proper antibiotics.
I have always been happy with ReadyMED. You can check the wait time on line ahead of going and I've always received excellent care. They helped me recently and were able to refer me to another ReadyMED site in just an hour to get a CT Scan. They are efficient and helpful.
Just walked in today with my mother and were accepted in 2 minutes. And everyone was so friendly and professional. Thank you!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
