(It’s been years of this abuse) Since going here, I have been hospitalized over 6 times over crucial medications not getting filled, or they want to wait “until and appointment” this could be for blood pressure, heart rate, anything serious you have.. they will not take your health serious. They want me to jump through hoops to get medication I need to function…. They do remote calls.. which.. I believe iPhone has blocked.. unless it’s a landline call. I didn’t receive a call last night… no matter how many times the lady said it on the phone… I did not received a call..

They do not return calls till after they are closed usually if at all. I can't get any help with pain management. The HIV care has gone downhill since covid got and Dr Kline left. I had blood work done over a month ago with no call on the results. I have been trying all morning to get through to make an appointment with no luck for a covid test or not even info if they do it kee getting put in voicemail which is never returnedDavidreturn

I have been going to Duffy's for 4 years nowEveryone has always been kind and very helpful. They do alot for people who are having problems. Showers, counseling, correct meds. Ect..

Been a patient here for 10 years, they seem to run in up & down cycles, with right now being the deepest down cycle I've witnessed. They are a non-profit so you can only expect so much, but the incompetence and complete unwillingness to address their own shortcomings has become a challenge to do worse each day than they did the day before.If you don't have any other choice, then expect to be treated like you don't have any other choice. If you do have other options, well, you probably wouldn't be reading this now anyway

Same day I had the appt to help me full out paperwork moving from another state under emergency conditions, I walked out of there same day with a primary, a specialist, and full health insurance in effect...

So very uncaring, not professional and literally NEVER call you back . I’m sure if I was an addict I’d be treated better. I’m really disappointed in this place. I had to call 3 times today and instead of offering to help me or find a solution they say “just go to urgent care” soooo caring of them. F this place
