List of Neurologists Of Cape Cod's Reviews
Very unprofessional staff. Lady didn’t even give me a chance to speak and explain why I was calling in the first place. Shouldn’t be this difficult to get heath care help. Seriously do better when dealing with patients.
Saw Dr Gubbins - had several tests that lasted 4 hours!
I miss Dr.Mathew Pulican, Neurologist who left the cape cod practice. Reason unknown. I always found him to be patient, thorough and concerned.
2/21/23 Edit : lowering to 1 star, basically impossible to contact them. The call filter has no option to talk to a human if none of the options fit your need, like requesting your records to transfer practices I had an appointment for 4:20, but due to unforeseen traffic I would be arriving just a few minutes pas the 4:10 arrival request. I called to inform them of this as to see if I should still show up, or If I could cancel as to not get a no-show mark on file. My call got re-routed to an answering service that told me they closed at 4. I can only assume they stop answering calls at 4 due to my appointment time and still getting reminders of it/no early closing. It was already frustrating when my neurologist left the practice. Especially as they did not transfer me to the other one on staff, as they did offer to do so in a letter. Nor did they help me find a new one via recommendations or referrals. They were nice enough to let me see an RN, but honestly this recent incident is a snapping point as I had to wait several months for this appointment and I do not have the time to wait another several months for another opening.
It is impossible to get anyone to pick up the phone. I'm sure the doctors are great but you can't schedule time with them. Several weeks of calls, multiple voicemails, a day of calling every half hour to try and get someone on the phone (statistically improbable to be that unavailable) and I can't get a returned call. Embarrassing and I couldn't tell you how they are still in business
Not what I expected
I have called every extension at this office, even the nurse line, and nobody picks up or returns calls. Truly useless to claim to offer neurological services if you don't actually call people back. You should be ashamed.
No stars! These folks seem overwhelmed by disorganization. Poor followup and patient planning. An employee admitted to me my case was a mess. Sample medication dispensed for the sake of giving you something??? Still waiting for a phone call from the nurse. A Janky practice. YIKERS!!
I’ve been coming here for a while now and I have nothing but good things to say about this place great nursing staff and great physicians
This office will not call back for weeks and weeks. To get an appointment is a nightmare. Dr. Mathew Pulicken, one of the neurologists from this facility, is more interested in prescribing medications then actually finding out the true cause of the problem. Once he realized he cannot get a medication prescribed he tried to pawn me off and see another neurologist. Took over 8 months of effort to get absolutely nowhere with this office. Once I saw another doctor I came to find that Dr. Pulicken was wrong in almost everything he said and did. He also laughed at me during an appointment. Completely unprofessional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
