Robert Lytle's Online Review Report Card

From the moment I placed the call to request an urgent appt (not currently a client and new to the area) I knew I had made the right choice! The receptionist was kind and patient and listened closely to my concerns (I have had previous eye problems so I knew that I needed to see a doctor asap). Without hesitating she took down my info and placed me on a brief hold. Once back on the line she explained that the PA and Dr Lytle would work me into their schedule and to come as soon as I was able to get there. Both the PA and Dr Lytle were professional and friendly and helped ease my concerns. They have referred me to see a retina specialist and I will continue to see Dr Lytle on an ongoing basis as well. What can I say? Thrilled with the experience.

Dr Lytle and his staff were friendly and courteous and were so kind to fit me in with an eye emergency while I was on vacation on the Cape. Very efficient and helpful.

Last summer I was in Dr Lytles waiting room, waiting for my exam and I could tell the staff was rushing someone in to be seen ! It turned out that one of the Cape league baseball players got hit in the with the ball. They were rushing him right and to have Dr Lytle see if there was major damage. When you have a facility that is willing to rush a patient in that quickly. That Dr knows what he is doing! He was thorough and professional the atmosphere in the office since a couple years ago has changed tremendously! I staff all work hard and you can see the team work! They all got along and laughed! This is the type of office I would want to be at!!!

Dr Lytle is a professional and his work for me with both my eyes has been outstanding. I can easily recommend him to everyone. He is my doctor because I found him to exceed my expectations for professional eye care over the last 20 years.

Dr. Lytle and his staff are exceptional!! Can’t say enough good things about them!! The fit my daughter into the schedule when she had a corneal eye ulcer when her own optometrist wouldn’t!! Dr. Lytle is VERY knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner explained what was going on patiently. Dealing with an ulcer immediately is vital and he was well aware of this and took very good care of my daughter!!! Also the office staff and eye technician were outstanding-extremely friendly, accommodating and welcoming!!! All this and knowing that we weren’t even a long term patient there. I would give more stars if I could.

Dr Lytle is rude and mean. We thought my husband might have an eye infection. He had unrelated surgery on his lower eyelid 8 weeks before.We made an appointment to see this guy to check on a possible infection IN HIS EYE. When we got in,he wouldn’t listen, wouldn’t consider seeing him, or looking at him. I told him this had nothing to do with his surgery. He wouldn’t listen, would not look at his. His office knew the details and took the appt. What a BAD GUY. No hypocratic oath here.

My family has had Dr. Lytle as our ophthalmologist for many, many years. We have found him to be very smart, professional, caring and exceptionally knowledgeable about glaucoma and cataracts. As we have those conditions, we really appreciate his knowledge in those areas. We are very satisfied with the care we have received from Dr. Lytle and his professional and friendly office staff. We ask a lot of questions about our conditions and he patiently answers them. We recommend him highly!

The receptionist is very rude! Make sure you reconfirm your appointments because they seem not to be on their system after you call and set it up over the phone...

Great Dr. Always have to wait due to over booking.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lytle for many year, he was my mom's doctor before that. Great Doctor!!!
