Worst Place Ever!!! If You want to Die go to this clinic for care

You wanna visit a clinic with little to zero organization? visit brookside You wanna visit a clinic where you’re left waiting over 30mins in a room to be seen by a provider, after already being called in? Or even better, waiting almost an hour after your appointment to be seen by a nurse for a shot/vaccine because the only nurse available decided to go on lunch with the rest of the crew? . Visit brookside You wanna visit a clinic where no matter how early you show up, the doctor is always “running behind”? Visit brookside You wanna call to make an appointment or have a prescription refilled, and almost never have your call answered or returned ? Become a patient at brookside. You wanna request days off from work to attend a medical visit, to then show up and there is no record of an appointment being made or who you spoke to that can confirm they have scheduled your appointment? pleaseeeee I beg you; visit brookside! The list is never ending. Truthfully, the only reason I have continued being a patient here is because of its affiliation with MGB, and the accessibility of its location. But most of all, it’s staff. The providers I have encountered throughout my many years of being a patient here have always been nothing but great. Thank you to the 2 ladies who helped fix the mess that was created over the phone. One in specific, whose name was Patricia. You are appreciated! Brookside, your phone scheduling center is a MESS and it shows !!!! I question, do you ever review/monitor patient calls?? I get that it can busy, and that we’re only human. Mistakes happen. But when things occur so often, it’s no longer considered a mistake yet a habit. Scheduling operators do not care to schedule correctly. Do not care to call back and correct their mistake. They are not considerate of our time as a patient. All of this has become a habit at this clinic! Proper patient care is no longer prioritized nor practiced. It’s a shame. Seriously, do better!

Very rude workers. Especially the people at the front desk who answer the phone. Very sarcastic. My child’s doctor also made my partner and I uncomfortable. She did not listen to our concerns. And she took away our phones like we were children during his visit. When I was being seen while pregnant they put domestic violence in my files assuming when there were no signs of violence nor did I EVER mention that. I had to confront them about that as well. And didn’t even know they put that in there until I gave birth and a social worker asked me.

I have been a patient at this clinic for about 30 years and I've also worked at this clinic. Where do I even start. Well when I was younger it was a much different place. It felt like the staff truly cared about the patients. But the older I became I realized they cater more to the Spanish speaking population. Every time I call I feel like I have to argue to get basic customer service not even good. There's been a few times I would call only for staff to keep disconnecting the call or picking up and just placing you on hold without saying anything. My PCP and my therapist have been the only reason why I tolerate it but at this point I know it's time for me to look for another place that treats ALL the patients with respect. The people that answer the phones are just rude and act like they hate their job. I understand it's located in JP which has been known to be more of a Latin community but I shouldn't feel like I'm being discriminated against because I'm not.

The dental care facility is amazing. Excellent dentists who are highly dedicated to their profession and their patients regardless of their insurance status. Super-helpful and friendly staff. Dr. Camila Rosen is top-notch! Thank you for being such a great community resource for the much-needed dental care.

Go anywhere but here . This facility is very unorganized, everyone is miserable . There’s never no parking , and they never call you back . You have to constantly harassed . Super unprofessional useless facility .

Great clinic for the community I'm a patient here and a recommend this clinic.

Rude desk front people if you do not like your job please get a new one !!! I left a message 3 days in a row and no response. Then when I do get a response on the 4th day, they hang up on me Absolutely ridiculous!!!
