The used car salesman of doctors. He is a fantastic talker who says all the right things but with no follow through. Unable to provide an adequate level of medical attention. Possibly too old and out of touch or simply does not care. Facility staff isn’t any better.

Office does not answer phone most times and messages are rarely returned in a tinely manner. Called about an urgent issue and finally spoke to someone after 7 tries. They said they would call back but i didnt hear back for over 6 hours. Completely unprofessional

I arrived early for an annual exam. Dr. Melville himself came out to the waiting room to welcome me and bring me to the exam room promptly and graciously. He is gentle and compassionate, efficient yet thorough. He is personable and really cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone. If, per chance, he is tardy (which he wasn't for me), its only because he cares so much about his patients. I was out in half an hour. Great experience!

Dr, Melville is my PCP. He is very competent, thorough and caring. I see him monthly to pickup a prescription. He also gives me a mini-physical at that time although it is not technically required. So what could pass for a five minute visit takes about 30 minutes. Dr. Melville doesn't do this because he needs the business. His practice is growing; he told me of plans to add additional professionals to his staff and to move to a larger and newer office. I highly recommend Dr. Melville to anybody who needs a PCP.

Dr. Melville has been my PCP for the past 6 months. During appointments, he generally sees me for at least 30 minutes, which is in excess of any PCP I've had in the past. He is kind, warm, thoughtful, and thorough. Not only does he address all of my medial concerns, but I always leave my appointments feeling like he really cared about me as a person. He was particularly kind about the issues I was facing as a military spouse. I highly recommend.

Do I hear ducks? What's that? Quack. Quack. Quack! 'Nuff said? Got it? Ok, good - stay away from this one. I went to this practice for almost 20 years and left when he came on board as one of the owners.
