I have been going to Pondside Dental for many years. I have always going there for my dental care. They are highly competent, honest, and a truly friendly place. Dr. Thiu and his care team and the administrative staff are doing an exceptional job.

I would highly recommend Pondside Dental. Each member of the staff I encountered was helpful, thorough in their explanations, and kind. Dr. Rao, in particular, explained everything clearly and gave great recommendations to be more proactive and preventative moving forward.

TLDR: don’t let them scam you on preventative dental care Friendly but likely out to scam you with “preventive” dental. They will tell you have many many “early cavities” that need to be fixed. I later went to 3 other different dentists because I moved cities and all the other dentists said I had nothing to worry about.

Pondside Dental staff are the best! They are personable, gentle, and thorough. I have struggled with taking X-rays my whole life, but every person at Pondside Dental has been so caring and helpful in making sure that I don’t have a negative experience. I no longer live in JP, but it’s worth the half hour drive to continue being cared for by this team!

My previous dentist gave me a false sense of security with the health of my teeth. Pondside gives me better assessments and appropriate advice on things I can do to maintain the health of my teeth and gums.

I want to share how much I appreciated the way John treated me during my deep cleaning visit. He is incredibly knowledgeable and funny, and I highly recommend this dental practice because of him and the staff. I also want to give a big shout-out to the staff who are incredibly welcoming and create a warm, family-like atmosphere where they take care of each other and their patients.
