I can't express enough how exceptional my experience has been at Southern Jamaica Plain Health Center. Laura Osmond Marcus, MD is truly a gem; her expertise and compassion are unparalleled. Her secretary and the entire supporting staff go above and beyond to make each visit comfortable and efficient. The lab technician deserves special mention for her kindness and care in handling patients; it's genuinely heartwarming. But what sets this center apart is their integrated approach to healthcare. Not only do they offer exceptional on-site services, but they also facilitate connections with relevant specialists, ensuring a seamless healthcare journey. This level of care and coordination is something I never experienced in my Life, and it has been a true blessing. May God bless each and every one of you at the center; you're making a tremendous impact on people's lives.

Short-staffed and turning away people, reception (or reception policy) is unhelpful as well as their direction to make phone calls via phone (accessibility issue here), and the incredibly confusing phone directory is demoralizing and wastes time. Will change review if/when I manage to receive service here

The midwives at sjphc are a wonderful team to see for pregnancy and birth if you are at the Brigham. I highly recommend Glynis, Megan and Jill !

I love and truly adore Dr. Oldshue. What a wonderful, gentle and caring doctor let alone human being. His words of encouragement as new parents have been so refreshing. Always asking and making sure we are doing well not only physically but mentally too. Our family loves coming to see him. Even though parking can be a bit of a nightmare we drive a good distance away just to be seen by Dr. Oldshue. Front staff can take a course in customer service though. They can be pretty rude and unprofessional. I always recommend SJPHC though because the doctors ARE great and going to them is worth all the other negative stuff like parking and front desk staffing. Overall I am very happy to be seen and heard at this clinic.
