Would not ever return to this doctor

Met with Doctor Jarvi as a new patient and it took 2 weeks for my medication to be authorized by his office. This was after calling his office multiple times leaving VMs for his MA(Juana) none of which were returned then later trying to contact him directly and still couldn’t get a hold of him nor did he call me back. 2 weeks later lady claiming to be his clinic administrator(Tony) called me back blaming it on insurance but per my insurance had never received the information from his office. I work in health care. Finally 2 weeks later after calling my insurance, and his office they took the 15 min to authorize my prescription. Very poor treatment or lack there of and I work in health care.
