D'ambrosio Eye Care's Online Review Report Card

I went to DAmbrosio eye care for getting my contact lenses in. They made me stay in there and practice for a whole hour There staff was no help and they seemed to get annoyed with me every time I failed. They didnt tell me several things important things that would have made getting contacts in much easier. At the end of the appointment my eyes were very sore and fatigued. Instead of going to Dambrosio I recommend going to Valentine eye care in Leominster. They got my contact lenses in my eyes in less than 15 minutes

I went there to drop off my prescription. There was a lady their who was with her unruly problem child basically. Who the mother let do whatever he wanted. She did nothing the staff couldnt do anything either. Prior to being serviced by the staff this woman was at a dead stare at me. I didnt notice. Because I dont care about other people. But this kid was getting on my nerves. Im an anxious person I commented to my mother that the kid was a nuisance and needed to be controlled by the mother. In Spanish. My mother answered in English that she the kid needs to learn from the parents both the mother and father how to behave in public. That its the mothers problem in how she could control him. The lady didnt like it. She said something then my mother responded in kind and then called the lady out on staring at me. My mother was getting irate. This woman who didnt bother to correct her child for quite some time. Who had plenty of opportunities to correct him. Who was at a dead stare at me all of the time. Well momma even though I am older and didnt need to be protected sort of lost her patience. This lady got called out on her starring. By my momma bear. Now I need new glasses. My insurance covers them. I called to get a new pair and they are refusing service. All because of this issue. Now what I dont get is why is an innocent person who did nothing wrong but made a comment to my mother about this problem child who couldnt sit still or stay quiet. Seriously if you cant cotrol your child in public. Get a babysitter. Do something to quiet the child. Especially if people look at you. By the way you now have to call to get an appointment for glasses prescription drop off.

I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my entire exam. I would highly recommend DAmbrosio Eye Care at fitchburg to family and friends.

I went in yesterday because I was having horrible eye pain from scratching my eye . I have been to two other doctors previously for the same thing . Dr. Chang checked my eye saw there was a abrasion on the cornea of my eye . She than placed a contact lenses over my eye to help the healing and gave me a RX for eye drops . My eye was 90% better walking out of the office and could finally sleep Thank you so much for the help

My 1st impression wasnt the best. This place is very unorganized and needs better frontdesk representatives. Made my appointment 1 week ahead of time and took time off of work to go to it only to be told when i arrived that i wasnt in the schedule. The lady at the desk didnt even seem to care or even try to offer an explanation as to how or why my appointment wasnt scheduled. They were able to get me in that day but had to wait over an hour to be seen.

I called twice today and was on hold for forever then someone picked up I told them I needed to cancel an appointment and reschedule. They put me on hold again and someone picked up after and I got explained again and they straight up just hung up on me. Then I called again and no one picked up. But as soon as I called the Lancaster one they picked up right away and helped me and I specifically told them I want to go to the Lancaster one because the other office was rude. Never again will I even try to go to the one in the Kmart plaza that was awful. 😡

I really like the ladies in Leominster store. But today it took me 3 phone calls and 12 minutes to get through call center hell Thats not customer service. Epic fail what a shame you have gone the way of businesses without enough respect to answer your phone
