List of D'ambrosio Eye Care's Reviews
I am very impressed with my entire experience at D’Ambrosio Eye Care. From the safe in car check in process to the thorough and personal eye exam I received by Dr Patel I would strongly recommend them to everyone.
Work customer service ever. Horrible Covid 19 protocols. You have to hang up and call back and wait even though you make an appointment. And they are all rude!! Some of the girls can do their job, some act like they can but can't. Bought new glasses even though I didn't need them because one optician fixed them AFTER I spent money on new ones. Do not recommend them anymore!
I was there only for a test and not to see the doctor but needed an emergency visit. Dr. Patel fit me right in. I find everyone there to be efficient pleasant and helpful.
Receptionist are incredible rude it took the office 2 months to call me back in regards to an appointment that was a referral because the doctor doesn’t have a “set schedule” which was very weird. I also called during business hours multiple times stayed on hold and would be transferred to the after hours line. The run around and feeling like an inconvenience as a paying patient is a horrible feeling. There are much better eye centers and I would not recommend this one.
Arrived 10 mins late because of construction on highway was backed up. I wanted to look at glasses that my insurance didnt cover and right away the person helping me was like well you only have ten minutes.. Which I understood why I had ten minutes. So I said well Id like to use my ten minutes then. She wasnt friendly and seemed like she didnt even want to help me after that very rushy. I was only there to pick glasses out. I knew the brand I wanted and was taking a look at them. She was concerned about her next appointment which her coworker said her next one was outside but it was an adjustment. I felt rushed from the moment I got there. I picked them out and she was quick to end our appointment. Ive never been there before but I was looking forward to it. Wasnt a great Experience at all. My mother inlaw was with me she wasnt impressed at all with her attitude. Just looking forward to having eyes again...
I was very satisfied with the service I received with my eye care at Dan brozio thank you very much
Always a great experience. Everyone is friendly and listens to your concerns and questions and treat you like a person not a number.
Always a great experience here. They stay right on top of your care and address any concerns immediately.
Customer service is horrible. Both times I went here I felt like they couldn't get me out the door soon enough. When I told them about my concerns about my contacts not feeling comfortable, after testing them before ordering, the doctor dismissed that and said they fit fine... so I am now stuck with super uncomfortable contacts that hurt my eyes. I called to ask about ordering daily contact instead of monthly (thinking they would feel better, because that's what I had prior) they said I would have to book and pay for another fitting. Plus, when I ordered glasses they told me what the price would be, I paid, and then when the glasses came in they said it would be an extra $60. Save yourself some misery, don't go here.
I recently had an annual eye exam with Dr. Marabello who I have been seeing for years at DAmbrosio Eye Care in Lancaster. Dr. Marabello is very knowledgeable personable and professional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
