They keep taking new patients when they cant barely handle the volume now. I dont know who train the staff. Everytime i call they dont understand.they say they are writing things down. Nd ALWAYS ended up calling someone else to make the message clear. Also my kid is been out of meds for a weeks now , she was in the ER. Noone was sort that out.

Una estrella no es suficiente si pudiera les diera cero, llegue con dolor de pecho y me dijeron que no podían verme porque la cobertura de mi seguro había cambiado. Y me dijeron que fuera a aun Hospital, Donde ellos saben que por Ley no se les puede negar atención a ningún paciente y mucho menos por cuestiones de seguro.

The doctor called the wrong phone number for a phone visit, then cancelled my appointment. Was on hold for over an hour trying to rectify this. At 2pm they say they can schedule me tomorrow and I can't be taken care of today. I just needed a 5 minute phone call so that I could get a referral. I'm in pain and this is blatant apathy and neglect. I don't think they care about anyone there and I've never been made to feel so devalued. My time meant nothing to them and I wasted my whole day. I'm ultimately disgusted. This was the third time this sort of carelessness happened to me here. They told me to go to the ER if i was in pain, I don't think the overcrowded emergency rooms would appreciate me showing up for a muscle/hip/back problem, and I don't think that's the right course of treatment, on top of the fact that I risk unnecessarily exposing myself to whatever sicknesses are floating around a hospital.
