Avoid this place. Your typical clinic in the projects where appointment times mean nothing and you'll be waiting 1-2 hours after your appointment time to finally be seen. When they can your name they'll move you to a room to wait another 30-60 mins. Trying to motivate the staff to do anything is painful, you'll just get a dumb look instead of an honest answer or actual effort. If you're thinking about working here, don't if you're hard working and high achieving, the apathetic lazy atmosphere will drive you crazy.

The women who answer the phone are not highly educated. As I explained something to one of them, she literally told me an answer that I already mentioned and when I repeated it she said "oh yeah". Times must be rough for even a doctor's facility when they are hiring just anyone willing to work there when they are not smarter than a 5th grader.

When a location says it opens at 830 it should open then and not have elderly patients who is disabled wait in the cold. Appointment is at 845 and doors are still locked and been waiting out in the cold since 830. Perhaps hire people that will show up on time to open up the facility. If I can give 0 stars to negative I would. Will definitely be taking my parents to a different and better medical facility that is not greater Lawrence family health center.

Almost always an amazing place to go. When they make a mistake they try their best to make up for it and provide excellent care.
