List of Reliant Medical Group's Reviews
I went in there this evening feeling very funny or silly for going as in cheese stuck in my throat.. From Jenifer taking my vitals to Jared an AMAZING pa to the nicest X-Ray tech ever! Coming from someone who is in the medical field I strive to make my patients feel the way that they all made me feel this evening. They were caring, listened to my concerns, explained everything and pointed me in the right direction before I have surgery on Monday. I left feeling calm and that I was going to be okay. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Absolutely amazing!
This ReadyMed is excellent. I went in, and was seen by a practicioner within 15 minutes of signing in. The medical team give me their full attention and the standard of care was excellent. I strongly recommend.
Just waited 3 hours to be seen, and they couldn’t even find my PCP in their system because of how incompetent the nurse was that was looking it up🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ NEVER BE SEEN HERE, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE FACILITY!!
My daughter went there at 5pm and was still not seen at 8:30pm. Just as bad as the ED.
I brought my mother to RedyMED in Leominster back in May. There was a long wait because there was only 1 nurse practitioner working which was fine. My mom was brought back to a treatment room in the time frame that they gave us. After waiting for a while, a man came in who was very upset. I believe he may have had mental health problems but I don't know that. He was swearing at staff members who were trying to help him. He refused to wear a mask. He was near the door to the treatment rooms which is locked and when someone came out, he went through the doors. His mother and step father were with him and a staff member came out to get the mother to try to help calm him down. He came back out at one point, slamming the door against the wall, and then went back through the doors before they closed. At this point I approached the desk to ask if my mother was ok, knowing she was back there somewhere. Someone went to check and said she was fine so I sat down in a corner of the waiting room as far away from the drama as I could get. I observed one of the staff members reach under the desk and seemed to push a button - to call the police. The upset man then came back into the waiting room and the door closed behind him. He could no longer get back to the treatment room area and this made him even more upset. He then began asking people for a cigarette. The nurse practitioner came out to try to calm him down and said she could not give him a cigarette. She then noticed the police car coming and seemed upset that someone called the police - she said as much, asking who called the police. She then went outside with the man, still trying to calm him down. At this point I was very nervous, not knowing what this man was going to do. It seemed as though he was on the verge of getting really violent with anyone who got in his way. I went back up to the counter and thanked the staff member who pushed the button to call the police, saying that I felt unsafe. She then brought me back to the treatment room where my mother was and let me stay with her until the nurse practitioner was able to see her. This was a crazy situation that I think the staff behind the desk handled well. They apologized to me. I told them they have no choice over who comes through their doors and I thanked them again for calling the police and letting me stay with my mother until she was seen.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
