List of Reliant Medical Group's Reviews
Brought my 7 year old after calling and them saying NO WAIT! He had cold symptoms and bad cough, enlerged tonsils. 1 person in front of us . We got in a room after waiting 5 min. We waited in the room over AN HOUR!!!!! i asked the nurse how long and she said were next, which i knew becUse there was only 1 person in front of us! 20 min later still waiting.. we left! Horrible!
I would not recommend anyone go here for physical therapy. One of the physical therapists is extremely rude, unprofessional, and will basically just waste your time with immature behavior. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star but it wont let me write a review without selecting at least one star.I totally wasted my time and money going here, left in the middle of a session again due to unprofessional conduct by a therapist and now I'm that much further back from my goals. Just a lousy terrible place for pt. I was very disappointed.Again, do not waste your time going here for physical therapy. I for one will not be going back.
I was going there to see nurse practitioner Amanda Vitco and I told her that another Dr saw a lump on my kidney and I should have it looked at by Amanda Vitco ,my PCP . Well long story short Amanda Vitco did the wrong test and missed my CANCER !!! So I went another 2 years before a different Dr found it . She easily could have killed me literally !!! I'm just so lucky it was a very slow growing cancer or I would be dead .
no issues
Going through some serious issues and they don't even bother to call back even after being in hold for 1 hr and leaving a message
Got blood work labs done here and it was quick, friendly, and painless. The lab team was courteous and I even had an intern draw blood who did excellent! The building and entrances where clearly marked and gorgeous.
My girlfriend has been going to this hospital for about 2 years now and while ill admit the location is beautiful and the staff acts professional I'm sad to say the service just does not add up. Maybe its because of the complexion of her skin. Here is 3 out of many. I have never in my life seen someone who has veins protruding from the left side of her face and neck as if thier was in a weight lifting competition be sent home and told to drink water withi 15mins of talking to a nurse no vitals taken nothing just asked height and age. I'm not a professional but someone with a blood count in the hundreds being told that their was nothing wrong with them does not seem right maybe their did not explain but it was my belief white cells should be in the thousands and last but not least my cousin hadx a tumor on her arm she went to reliant for 3 years and no one realized 1 week after switching provider's the tumors was spotted and treated
My statement regarding reliant is this. My 3 children are all enrolled in the pediatric department Leominster ma. They have been there for 6 years and every time they have an appointment set up they cancel them and don't call me to let me know or even try to see if the day they rescheduled works for me. And finally everytime I call instead of them seeing the kids they automatically tell you to go to the er and then the er tells you to follow up with their pediatric doctor who then can't see them anyway so why should they have a pediatricianThank youRicky Racine
I have had the worst experience at Reliant Medical group in Leominster. I have had a biopsy that I have been extremely anxious about done two weeks ago. My doctor called me a few days after telling me that there was a problem getting it to the lab and that they were working on fixing it. I went back a week and a half later for a follow up apt and they still did not have my results. The nurse was extremely rude and told me that I had to wait for my results because “not all of my tests came back” I asked her to explain what that meant and she told me she did not have time to explain. I left upset and confused. I talked to the receptionist to see if there was anyway I could talk to my doctor or anyone else other than the woman who I just spoke with. The receptionist went back to ask. A few minutes later the receptionist came back and said “I just spoke to the nurse who just saw you and she said the results are not in. We do not have time to play games like this”. I walked away in tears. No one has called me still. I am still living in the unknown.
I called in to request to have a nurse call me back about some personal health concerns, and the receptionist asked what is it im concerned about. Well I insisted I'd rather discuss it with the nurse as I had bad experience sharing my personal health concerns with receptionist before. Well the receptionist stated that she couldn't let the nurse know anything if they don't know what I was calling about. So I gave in and to no surprise, this receptionist repeated to me out loud my personal info. Not only did she loudly repeat back to me my health concern but she repeated my name back to me as well. And with people in waiting areas, I don't think that is safe or respectful to patients privacy. I hope this very uncomfortable feeling never occurs again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
