Go to Clinton, this hospital will let you die, in the month of December 2023, 10 people died from negligence in this hospital. You’re better off calling the funeral home and setting up dates while waiting in the lobby. Even the ambulance is a joke, a family member got into a crash on highway and the emt’s MADE HIM GET UP AND ON THE GURNEY WITH BOTH HIS FEET BROKEN, told the staff don’t bother billing him cause he’s not paying the ambulance fee due to negligence. Go to Clinton, great staff and you get checked and situated the minute you walk in.

Clean friendly in great medical staff stopped here to go to mass lung and allergy and the pulmonary physician on duty is phenomenal very friendly informative and takes the time to discuss all medical options procedures and availability for different devices

No only have they misdiagnosed me several times but I’m currently sitting in the waiting room for four hours everyone that came in after me is already gone. Like left the hospital already except for the man who came in an hour ago. My kidneys feel like liquid and I’m never taken seriously. I genuinely can put wait for my surgery so I no longer have to keep coming here. I DONT HAVE A UTI. I have a BILATERAL KIDNEY INFECTION. Both sides of my back and stomach are in excruciating pain. I haven’t eaten or danken food in two days. I have a chronic pain disorder and endometriosis and I’m still on the back burner every single time. It’s four am I should have been treated and be able to go home MONDAY WHEN I CAME THE FIRST TIME . LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS!!!!! EDIT TO CLARIFY I WAS WHEELED IN AFTER CALLING FOR A CHAIR AND THERE WAS TWO PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME AND THEN FOUR PEOPLE CAME IN AFTER ME.

My 44 year old son went to the Emergency Dept. He was in agony he had to wait some. Everyone was nice there. Admitting, the ED, nurses, doctors. Radiology, CT scan. Trip to Worcester for MRI. He did have to sleep there for 3 nighrs in the ED. He had a nice clean room, alone. Thank you for all of your help and kindness.

It is the worst hospital that you can visit, they are slow, we spent 7 hours in the emergency room, older people first than us spent more than 12 hours, the only thing they are good at is ordering food

This so called hospital is TRASH! if you love your family, go ANYWHERE ELSE. The security physically assaulted me and are extremely racist. The charge nurse I asked to speak with was rude and threatened me by telling me she didn't have to treat me for an allergic reaction to peanuts. I plan to file on all 3 parties involved tonight for assault and medical neglect. I will be putting things in place to sue as well. My family sued this hospital 4 years ago for killing my nephew at 3 months old for ignoring symptoms and refusing to treat. I wonder if these so called nurses even have a degree nowadays. Very unprofessional and traumatic experience for sure. AVAOID UMASS AT ALL COSTS

Neglected my mother who kept having headaches, refused to give her water or let her use the bathroom. She ended up crying of neglect and pain. Do not go here.
