Walked in to get a Covid test after calling to confirm I could walk in. I show up and am told can’t walk in today as they are too busy. This despite not one single person was in the waiting area and all the doors to the rooms looked open. Beyond baffled. Won’t be going here ever again. They don’t really do walk ins even though their policy clearly states they do.

The PA was very solicitous, answering all my questions. Offered medication for my cough. I declined. He said I could call if it got worse.

I cannot say enough about this visit. I didn’t wait, I was seen in the room right away, and everyone from the EMT (skier with cool man bun) to the NP (Sam) was so kind, thorough, and helpful. Happy Holidays to all. I will ONLY be using Urgent Care in Lex from now on.

Went to the Arlington urgent care. The lady was awful and rude. So I called this one in Lexington and the ladies who work in the front desk on Sundays were really nice and helpful, we got in there and they incredible! Thanks so much, me and my husband really appreciate it.

My 7 yr. old granddaughter from the UK was visiting and developed an ear infection. She was seen in urgent care by a wonderful nurse and PA and given appropriate care within the hr. The staff was warm, understanding, efficient, & very helpful! Their way of relating to my granddaughter as a person & allowing her to wait in an exam room was greatly appreciated!

Was able to make an appointment. They actually took me in right on time, after only a few minutes I had the nurse take my vitals, and review my issue. Doc came in shortly after. Great experience with all!
