Dr. Duncan is a true expert in his field. Both my boys have seen him for different issues and he is amazing. He recently helped my son through an eye injury and did so in such a manner that I understood the severity of the injury, yet my son didn't panic. I highly recommend Dr. Duncan.

Dr. Duncan a wonderful bedside manner. He was great with our adopted daughter who is somewhat self-conscious about her appearance and he dealt with her in such a compassionate way! teenagers can be a challenge and he seems to understand them well. He is also very skilled as the results were excellent

I injured my eye and needed a quick appt. Dr Duncan was able to get me an immediate appt and provided immediate medicine and understanding of the diagnosis of my eye injury. He was clear and made me feel comfortable when I was a bit nervous about what could have been. I highly recommend dr Duncan.

Dr. Duncan was the first eye doctor to examine and treat my son after he was in an accident. My son was only 3 years old at the time and had a traumatic brain injury, as well as skull and orbital fractures. To say it was scary, is an understatement, yet every single time Dr. Duncan stepped foot into the room he worked with such kindness, compassion and empathy. His expertise is unmatched. This was at Duke Hospital. We miss him terribly. There is NO better eye doctor anywhere-Dr. Duncan is IT!

Eye doctor appointments have always been challenging with my son who has autism. However, with great skill and professionalism, Dr. Duncan was able to conduct a thorough exam in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. He exhibited a high degree of empathy and caring for my son's special needs and accommodated all of my requests. In addition to this jewel of a doctor, his office staff works with him in a highly collaborative way as well. These remarkable clinicians are to be commended and recommended!
