List of Andrew S. Wetstone's Reviews
He missed my gallbladder problem after 7 of my 8 attacks and it was leeching bile by the time (10 weeks after first attack) that he finally sent me for an ultrasound. I told him all of the symptoms and he either missed it or did not care. This was his first strike. When I got to the hospital for the ultrasound they would not allow me to go home. Be careful if you see him, I believe he is distracted and I am not sure why he left his old practice to work for Baystate.

How do you miss a gallbladder attack when your patient gives you exact symptoms? This went on for 10 weeks, finally went to hospital and my gallbladder was leaching bile. And he never called me…. Go at your own risk, I was a long time patient, he knew me.
Been with the practice for years, but have never even met him. Always been seen by NP.
Upon my experience with this office, my chart was coming through the computer print out, and a woman, with long blond hair said after reading it, "You have serious problems with spine, knees, and hip?" I replied yes, this is true. She then replied, " we do not prescribe here, thus putting me in some junkie catagory. Of course, I was very disenchanted, and I left wondering how she was put in a position to deal with people. And on my first appointment, she was gone. The person working next to her evidently gave Dr. Wetstone a heads up. In short, they cared. And so, due to my problems, which are multiple, I could see the Dr. did not want to change my medications. Now, i am NOT refering to pain medications. I am extremely conservative with that. I think he saw my sincerity and he began to work with me. I am very impressed with his knowledge, skill, and his questioning. My blood sugar is now normal not pre diabetic. My pain is managebal with some over the counter medications and a non narcotic that acts on those pain receptors. Dr. Wetstone listens to you, he makes time for you, never rushing you. He is very honest, genuine and truly caring. Ditto, for his nurse, Mary. Filling medications is always easy and prompt. I find this doctor very pleasant compared to jerks I have been exposed to in the past. He is not full of himself. I fully trust this doctor, fully. I cannot find any fault with him, nor his practice. They give a dam. Hope all this helps you in your decison.
I was unhappy with his diagnosis and said I'd like a second opinion, I got a letter in the mail a few days later telling me I had been dropped from his practice. His assistant knows nothing about diabetes, she didn't know insulin expired and she didn't know that the pens needed needle tops.
I have been with Dr Wetstone since he was located on Tim Daggett Drive! Dr Wetstone has never treated me without planning, investigation, and stiving for result! A great person, a terrific doctor--just a great guy!
His office staff is rude. He never called me with test results. The tests required more follow up. I called them 4 months following tests. They were apologetic but I could not stay with a disorganized office.
Dr. Wetstone is an excellent diagnostician. He is not warm and fuzzy but he is not cold or heartless. He keeps up to date and has a terrific system for getting your test results to you in a timely fashion.
Dr. Wetstone is very approachable, gives me the time that I need to explain my concerns and responds in a caring way. He is a full step above my previous PCP or any that I have had in the past.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
