He is terrific. Knowledgeable and plain spoken with a great sense of humor. Dr Martinez-Silvestrini explains exactly what your issue is. He can get deep into medical detail or provide a thumbnail sketch as to your condition ... depending upon your level of understanding. He has an ease of manner and great sense of humor. He is a credit to the Baystate Health System.

I saw DR Martinez a few times and he is very nice and very smart. I saw 5 different doctors and he found out my diagnosis and order the right tests. Thank you so much I am on a new road to dealing with my issues and hope to feeling better soon!

Very knowledgeable in what he does. Explained everything to me pretty thoroughly. He’s very friendly and very, very organized. He handles his own appointment bookings so chances of him being overbooked are probably small. This is nice, If you’re just talking with him and need an appointment, he can tell you off the top of his head when his next available one is. I had to get a Cortizone shot, he did it personally, and was very understanding of my fear of needles.
