Dr Scannel has a funny ,dry ,offbeat sense of humor that I find quite amusing .I've had 3 root canals, upper dentures and several cosmetic issues worked on here and I've never had any issues whatsoever. When i first arrived , my teeth were in bad shape and she really got on my case about it in a straightforward way to which I sarcastically replied ' Sorry Mom'. You can joke and go back and forth with her ( which I liked ) and having raised kids , she will be kind and usually firm .Shes also quite flexible in finances and time ...How many dentists can you do that with and will care enough to tell it like it is. ? I saw some 1 star reviews here and you have to understand that shes being honest and straightforward in a caring way that I appreciated ....and she herself is a genuinely nice person ... but No fluff whatsoever ...oh and a Nice staff as well.

RUDE, unprofessional & extremely low class. She was immediately judgmental because according to insurance I haven’t had a cleaning in 5 years. Not knowing I haven’t lived in MA the last 4. She gave me attitude and told me me and her “aren’t a good fit” and told me to “find another dentist. “ without even looking at me..…. I gladly will after today. She clearly hates her job

I fear dentists like prior 2 my visit yesterday I hadn't gone 2 a dentist in 7 years. This place was comforting and I am going back in a few weeks. I highly recommend them.. well the dentist did drop a tool on my face by accident that hurt..but other than that 4 stars.

I was greeted with a smile upon entering the office. The waiting area was most welcoming and set a relaxing tone for a calm atmosphere. There precautionary measures for covid were excellent and one feels safe. My experience with Dr. Scannell and her staff of assistants was incredible! The professionalism, expertise, caring and most knowledgeable in the field. I was petrified of dentists, however I would refer and recommend Dr.Scannell to anyone. She works with you on payment plans and helps those in need. In my travels this Dentist is incredible with people with compassion and understanding of your needs as a patient! I give this a 5 ☆ on cleanliness a 5☆ on professionalism and a 5 ☆ on caring.
