Dr. Polavarapu is amazing. Very accommodating, professional and every procedures is great. I’ve been taking my dad for his dental works, her staffs is also friendly. Would 💯 recommend!

Dr. Polavarapu is one of the very few dentists I’ve ever trusted. She’s kind, patient, and a good listener. She will not try to push for procedures that aren’t necessary. The dental office is always very clean and everyone is very courteous. Cost of services are affordable. Would highly recommend her to anyone I know.

Dr. Mamatha is a very nice knowledgeable dentist. I had a lot of requirements, she patiently listened to all those and made sure that I got the exact service that I was looking for. She is awesome. She is a true representation of how a Dentist should be.

I am new to Lowell and had to find a new dentist. Took a chance here but was very disappointed. The dentist did the cleaning herself which is great, but she had absolutely no bedside manner. She never introduced herself or spoke very much at all during the appointment (including warning me before the novocaine injection!). I got a filling and my tooth has been EXTREMELY sensitive ever since. I went back to get it fixed and she acted like I was making it up. She didn't do anything to fix the problem and I'm still in a lot of pain weeks later. I'll be going elsewhere to get my tooth fixed and for any future appointments.
