my mother was in the easthaven office in november 2024 and requested her xrays to be sent to her dentist and mom is still waiting they lie and Dont answer the phone PLEASE DONT GO THERE SAVE YOUR SELF THE AGGRAVATION

Received a quote pre work. Performed the work and billed for more than quote. Received eob from delta dental and they billed for more than that. Be careful deceptive practices. Won’t be back

Avoid this place at all cost. Terrible Communication, deceptive people at the front desk. Total shit show. Wish I could give zero stars

I went to Dr. Dental to see if I needed a root canal. I was told I did and that I would be scheduled for one. I attempted to call and left messages and received no callback. There is not a place to leave a review on their website. They honestly don't care about their patients. I went to the location on Boston Rd. Springfield, MA. I had to get another dentist. Found the problem and didn't even need a root canal. I was never called back, never billed! I didn't receive any email or mail notification of this bill from them. Now I received a notification that what I owed went to a credit bureau. This place is a joke and I don't recommend it to anyone. The most unprofessional dentist office that I've ever been to.

I have tried every other way to solve this problem but with no luck in any department I have tried to contact has not worked so I thought I would try this before taking legal action and going public with the most horrible experience I have ever had, I went into dr dental in New Haven for pain in my mouth, the dr there said he thought my tooth was fractured and was told they would call me in my meds which they didn’t next day I called 16 times to dr dental New Haven location with no answer I than called east haven ct location and she said for me to come in there so I went there and another dr looked at my teeth/mouth/xrays/ and said yes tooth 15 needed pulled no saving the tooth, than sent to Waterbury ct to have tooth pulled that dr at that location said he thought it was that tooth 15 also he hoped he said he was just going by the other dr notes had the tooth pulled and than 4 days later still in pain!!! So I went to another dentist location in ct NOT dr dental, that dentist said well tooth 14 is the problem and also a bottom tooth also has a problem and they both need root canal went to 2 different locations told the same thing!! So your practice dr dental pulled a tooth that didn’t need pulled and was not the problem, when calling the office today 27 times calling for someone to answer phone was greated with a rude uneducated lady on the other end rude and ignorant, than I just ask for my X-rays sent to another dentist and was told 10 days and hung up on!! I have never been treated in such a rude and unprofessional way in my life!!! I want something done about this having a tooth pulled that was not the problem is a problem for me and I will not rest or stop until something is done about this, I will be calling BBB and the attorney general and also contacting a lawyer also to speak about my options I also plan on going public with this horrible experience and a tooth pulled that didn’t need pulled

What can i say about this money hungry corporation….Manchester nh location. Worst place ive ever visited. Went there on a referral. Brought my son here for a root canal. Which should have turned into an extraction as soon as she saw it but instead she did the root canal anyways because more money right? Then drilled the tooth too far filled it without cleaning out all the decay and with a current active infection and then barley told me anything she was doing just that “everything went well” and hes all set. They spent the whole time talking to each other in another language and not communicating with me about what they were doing to my son. Let me to believe it was all set. Then i took him to his actual dentist to get the crown on it to find out they couldn’t actually do it and they actually in fact needed to pull the tooth and showed me all the reasons why she shouldn’t have even done the procedure. If you dont like throwing away money and going through hours of painful procedures stay away from this place.

they don't know how to return a phone call or answer any phones at all I have been calling for 7 months about work I had done that became problematic I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy

Definitely the worst dentistry to go too. The doctors seem to be money hungry to the point they offer different procedures than the ones you intentionally want. They seem to not care so much for the customer what so ever. I arrived at my appointment early and was seen late.
