Consultation was rushed. This doctor made a diagnosis regarding my hernia without x-rays. It’s only years later that I’ve realized the issue was never my hernia, but actually my hip. Had unnecessary hernia surgery due to this doctors complete lack of care and regard for patients. Please beware and seek a second opinion.

Called Dr. Jiser after regular office hours at 10:30 PM, seeking urgent assistance related to a surgery the doctor had performed. Unfortunately, the doctor initial response was “why are you calling at this time”. Dr. Jiser did not check on me either before or after the surgery. Instead, I was provided with information and instructions by the nurse and went home with that guidance. I cannot recommend the doctor to anyone due to their unprofessional behavior.

He is very bad surgeon in Please don’t go to him I had a gastric bypass and he did wrong and suffering from one year since the surgery. He should stop doing practice

Left a Metal Staple inside of me during Surgery. SINCE THE LAST OCTOBER HE MADE MY LIFE VERY HARD. PLEASE DONT LET HIM DO SURGEY ON YOU.

Didn't listen to my concerns. The appointment(s) were only 5-10 minutes and I felt rushed. A general feeling that he really didn't care for me. Had Sleeve surgery, bled a lot, and required transfusion and close monitoring. Dr Jiser never came to see me until the day of discharge. I am on multiple medications including narcotics, which I did not get while in the hospital until I actually went into withdrawal and a panic attack(never had a panic attack before).

I’ve been seeing Dr Jiser for 2 years now and I have always been listened to and he explains things so you understand them. I would definitely recommend him. He did my bypass surgery and will be removing my gallbladder.

Terrible after care, like none. Dismissive of patients once surgery is done. You are left on your own. Bad bedside manner. Can not recommend.

On a consultation visit, I felt like I asked him too many questions for his liking. Gave me the impression that his preference was procedure efficiency rather than patient care. Never ended up having a procedure done because of this interaction.
