This doctor should take his framed hippocratic oath off his wall. Do no harm... he forgot that part. I've never been so dismissed, demeaned, and dehumanized. Just another doctor making his blood money working for the insurance company and his venture capitalist hospital bosses. Hell is a hot place, Dr. Conway!

Great doctor, my kids are in good hands

Don't go here! Scheduled an appt for my son who has migraine headaches. He concussed self at work however before appointment. Hart Neuro knew this was going to be workers comp case before appt. Son a 9 on head pain scale, wore dark shades and ear plugs to appt. No other patients sitting in lobby under super bright lights but me and my son entire wait. Receptionist started giving me a hard time immediately re workers comp. Sons employer provided everything but claim number (they didn't have it yet). We spent over an hour in waiting area listening to her speak with practice manager over phone about why they shouldn't take us. Son visibly in pain. Receptionist comes out and says we can't take you without claim num. I tell her call it a bump on head at home then or send it through our insurance, have them deny it, and recover later from workers comp. She says no can do. I offer to pay cash right there, just so he can be seen immediately. Still wouldn't see us. Hippocratic Oath my foot...

Dr. Conway is highly knowledgeable, an outstanding listener who answers questions in terms his patients understand. He takes the time needed to make certain that his patients fully understand their medical condition and he engages them in developing a treatment plan that can follow. One of the most sensitive and caring physicians I have encountered. I highly recommend him for any neurological related problems.

He may be a bit gruff, but he is the most thorough neurologist I have ever been to.

Always on vacation, his secretary is arrogant.

I'd advise anyone looking for a Neuro doc to keep looking, don't call, don't bother. This guy has more interest in making sure he's correct then actually helping the patient out. Even if you know what's wrong with you. He also doesn't believe in T.B.I.'s, as in you can't have this as a diagnosis because in his dictionary there's not such thing. Also even after you've seen multiple doctors & have been diagnosed with T.B.I. & multiple other issues, you'll get the, "Well their not correct in there diagnosis, it's just in your head"! That part made me laugh. So of your looking for that kind of doctor that "Looks down on you because he's a M.D., he's correct, not you or any other doc, & you enjoy asinine comments, by all means make an appointment "! But don't say I didn't warn you..... Good luck! Almost forgot, no Bedside Manner, well about as much as I've had when I've stepped on a bug....

Everything you could ever want in a doctor...intelligent, thoughtful, concerned, personable. He always took the time and truely cared. Great guy!
