The staff here is rude and not helpful. Last appointment I had I was told it was at 10:30. I never got a call or confirmation. When I showed up they said it was at 10 and I couldn’t be seen. Today I called to schedule an appointment and was greeted with a rude, too busy for me receptionist. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a good doctor. Time to switch for me!

went for a physical with max horrible experience! in the middle of the physical was told time ran out he had other patients he needed to get to.called several times with no call back.will not be returning!

They have the best PA’s that are very thorough with ur health. Their hours are really 7:30am during the week during covid. Everyone is so kind and professional in the office. Make sure u call tge office to be put on the list before u go.

No matter what I need the doctor's office always comes through. I often find the office busy, yest everyone gets taken care of. One day a elderly man with a bleeding head was walking really staggering, down the street towards Dr. Mercadantes. He had fallen on the sidewalk. I was coming for my appt. And helped him in. His head had really been injured. The doctors and the staff took great care of him, finally calling the ambulance. I love them all

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE! I Would like to personally say that Dr. Mercadantes office has been one of the best doctors offices that I have seen ever! Anytime we need anything they are right on it! Never a question asked. This office has Been around for a long time and they are not going anywhere anytime soon. Sometimes they get delays too with other doctors not getting back to them, is it anyones fault NO! WE are all human, we all have multiple things on our minds just like they do in this field of work. At times the answers don't fall as quickly as we would like. If you all could learn patience it would go much smoother .
