I had a root canal done at their clinic, it was done badly, no medication was prescribed at the end of the procedure, nor did they tell me what the symptoms might be after the treatment. after a while the tooth was still sore from the infection. i had a root canal done at their clinic in march, now it's september and it's still bothering me, i'm going to have it finally re-treated. But there was a time when we have not yet found a good clinic and called them to make an appointment, and when canceled for some reason their service just with a sigh hung up the phone. terrible. in general, I advise not to go to ace dental, better still look for good clinics and respectful service and qualified professionals.

Good dentist but the attention at the front desk is terrible, the insurance verification is 2 minutes before the appointment, it takes 3 months to schedule the appointment and on the same day of the appointment they cancel it, schedule again in 3 months and With 1 day left they call to cancel again, definitively their receptionist is very bad, a rude attitude and a mediocre job verifying the patients' insurance 2 minutes before the appointment. In truth, this overshadows the work of its specialists.

I had root canal treatment by Dr. Julie. What a great experience. You're probably smiling. But I had so many of root canals done by other dentists that I earned the rights to compare. She "feels" the tooth and takes her time to take care of it. No rush, no impression that the work she did is "good enough" for her. She is a true professional. I've checked her credentials. She graduated from Harvard School of Dental Medicine. It is the second within the ranking of North American dental schools. Highly recommend her!

I been going here for years and off and on when I'm in pain they help me with my insurance as best as they can and work around my schedule and I love it that they do the job right away not just let me wait when I'm in pains even with my dad that was in his 70s they made him feel comfortable, only one bad thing about this place it on the 3 floor using the stair going up, no elevator if your family of elders can not go up stairs. But other than that I'm happy with them

I'm just glad she was able to get my tooth out went to three others in Lynn and they said I had to go to Boston, I love this doc I finally got this tooth out and out of the way after years of pain I feel like I can finally start fresh. Nurse was pretty cool too my alarm went off mid tooth pull 🤣😂 and I had to give it to her because it would not shut off thanks ace dental for helping me with this problem.

I was just looking at one of my crowns in the mirror one of the few crowns that Val did for me she is an absolute artist. Her dental work is outstanding. She is a complete angel.

I have been mishandled with an infection since January I have been on the exact same antibiotics four times after two three times rather I was finally giving clindamycin basically what has happened is I've had an infection and they take care of one tooth then it moves around in my mouth to the other teeth they have not taken care of the situation 8 months later I was given yet exactly the same antibiotics that did not take care of the infection and I had to call them and let them know I would take legal action unless they corrected this whole situation I do not recommend them I will be finishing what is necessary for me to get through and be able to go to another dentist when I asked for my records to be able to go elsewhere the lead dentist Val came in and wanted to rectify the situation I was told that I should have been to a oral surgeon back in January which they never told me so now I am in the process of going through the correct antibiotic finally after five other antibiotics and I am highly disappointed because over the past 15 years that I have seen them I have lost all my teeth up top except for the few front teeth that I do have I have never been through this in my life as I said I do not recommend them at all ever for anything

Both Dr. Val and Dr. Yulie are the best dentists I have ever been to. They were recommended from another pediatric dentist to fix a broken front tooth on my 10 year old. We laughed most appointments and had a great time. His new tooth looks like nothing happened. I wish there were more ways to show how grateful I am for this father daughter power team. Also also shout out to the dental assistant, forgive me I forgot her name, but she is the BEST. Calm and cool. She is amazing
