Dr T is the most attentive and professional dentist!

Bad customer service, don’t waste your time

Please before visiting this dentist office think twice, the doctor who work here is good but the guy who work as customer service is very rude and racist. I have been going there for three years but after this guy started making appointment I never visited my doctor. He just canceled my appointment without telling me any thing, and I just asked him to make for me and my kids another appointment but also when I get there after three months, he did the same thing. He changed my appointment without telling me anything. Instead of saying sorry he yelled on me. I asked him to see the doctor(the owner of that office) but he said we can’t see the doctor. So please anyone who is reading this comment don’t be there.

Dr T is the best dentist. I had a lot of work done on my teeth and I've always been happy.

Today was my first visit to this office and i was very impresssed and highly recommend it.The staff are all friendly and professional.Dr Lee is an excellent dentist.And the office is very clean and very calm aymosphere

I originally saw Dr. T for Invisalign in my early 20s. During my appt he noticed an abnormality with my X-rays. I had no pain or any issues with my teeth, so was initially skeptical. He questioned if I had any trauma to that particular tooth. I did, 12+ years prior, but it was repaired then. He showed me my X-ray, even did a 2nd set to ensure it wasn’t the machine. He began testing the tooth for pain. Nothing, I had no pain. He was surprised. He did 1 last test; the hot/ cold test. I couldn’t feel anything in the tooth. He brought up a mirror so I could see what he was doing. He said the nerve was dead and I needed a root canal. Naturally I got a 2nd opinion which dr. T supported. I didn’t tell the other dentist anything. They were blunt, Didn’t take the time to show me like dr. T did, but gave the same conclusion - I needed a root canal. I went back to dr. T to schedule the root canal, but they had no appts on Saturdays at that time 😟. I was forced to seek care from an alternate practice. I wish I just made the time to have it done by dr.T. The alternate dentist I went to treated me very poorly and my opinion and how I felt didn’t matter to them as they did to Dr. T. Now in my 30s with a new dental issue - guess who I am calling. Dr. T! When you find a dentist that listens to you and treats you as if you have a brain, STICK WITH THEM. Dr. T is your man.

I cant believe all these negative reviews, the girls in the office are quiet but not rude, everytime I go Im greeted with a smile. And I will not see anyone except Dr T. and I have always had a fear of dentists. He is the best!

The worst experience ever. Booked an appointment for a monday as a new patient when monday came my daughter was ill. Called first thing in the morning to reschedule and was told that I would need to speak with the office manager because there is a 24 hour cancellation notice that was not explained to me when I booked the appt. Called later to speak with the office manager and all that was said was "oh sorry that was not explained to you and we can not reschedule your appt. ". How does an office even run like this. I work for a doctors office and we would never treat patients that way. How do you cancel an appt. over the weekend? How do you predict your child being sick until it happens? Super upset with their service. Don't waste your time here people.

I went 5 minutes later and the reception is not friendly. they need professional person.
