Dental Center's Online Review Report Card

My brother was there last week and the dental assistant, I believe her name was Galina or Gala, was extremely rude & unprofessional. She made unnecessary and rude comments to him about how he took care of his teeth. She was judgemental and treated him horrible. She's not fit to interact with people let alone patients. Not only will my brother never return to this office I'm going to make sure no one I know ever goes to this office. Although the dentist treated him with the respect he deserved, when I called the office to complain I was hung up on by the woman who answered the phone, which I found out when I called back that it was the rude dental assistant I was complaining about in the first place. I can guarantee the longer she's employed there and treats patients the way she does your practice will continue to lose potential clients. No one wants to be judged when they're in pain and already nervous about being at the dentist, especially by some woman who does a poor job taking care of herself and her appearance.

I am a patient for the last 15 years and am satisfied. Dr. Simon is my assigned dentist but my experience with staff has been good. They are professional and efficient. Phone calls are returned in a short time. I appreciate the reminders before an appointment. I never had to wait more than 15 minutes for an appointment. They are also very accommodating and understanding if I have have to reschedule. Occasional emergencies have been taking care of quickly. My only criticism would be with assistants wanting to take x-ray at every check-up which I do every six months. My physician insists that once a year is sufficient to limit cancer risk since I maintain good oral care and don't have complication. Overall, I would recommend this business to my family and friends without hesitation.

Love this place. Stuff is incredibly professional and friendly. I always feel that they are providing me the best care about me and my health. Dr Simon and stuff that help him are amazing - I would recommend them to anyone. I have been trying to find a dentist that I liked for several years and now I have finally accomplished my mission.

I've been to a few different dentist over the years . North Shore Dental Associates I just love them so much. Dr Michael is the best . Helping with complex issues but making me feel human , and not judged in any way. I have a medical condition & the medications needed wreak havok on my teeth due to dry mouth . It is almost humiliating, but he is very compassionate, and does his very best since even sittings and being worked on causes issues with my neuralogical condition. He'd very patient & that has been difficult to find In dealing with my medical health & neuralogical condition that affects so much. I'm grateful O found North shore Dental Associates. Knowing that my neuralogical condition can potentially be set off just by going to the dentist - yet I have to go, used to cause lots of anxiety , but since my dentist is at North Shore Dental Associates I have heard no anxiety about going. I know I will be treated well there. Anyone hesitating to find a dentist for the AB reasons should try out North Shore Dental Associates ASAP because you will not regret it .

Unfortunately I wasted a lot of money here.they told me you need regular filling for one teeth and after they finished it I had severe pain on it and couldn't sleep all night I ended up going to another dentist to take it out and replace it with root canal.wasting..wasting..wasting of money and time

This place is HORRIBLE!!! The staff is rude especially the dentists themselves. The cleaning took less then 10 minutes and were not even clean, I was continuosly in pain because they obviously did not know what they were doing and my gums are all sore and painful. They were about to give me Xrays after I wrote numerous times that I was pregnant. This list could go on forever, DO NOT GO HERE!!!
