WARNING TO PARENTS: Physically Aggressive and Unprofessional Care If you value your child's physical and emotional safety, do not bring them to see Dr. Sung Kim. My experience at this office was not just "unpleasant" — it was dangerous and traumatic. Total Disregard for Patient Safety Dr. Kim's conduct was aggressive from the moment he entered the room. He failed to greet us, ignored the assistant's notes, and didn't even bother to learn my child's name. He immediately attempted to overhaul a pre-existing treatment plan without any consultation or review of my child's dental history. Physical Injury and Ignored Consent The most alarming part of the visit was Dr. Kim's reaction to my child's distress. When my child was unable to open wider and began screaming, "No, please stop," I explicitly intervened and called for a break. Dr. Kim ignored my parental authority and my child's pleas. He forcibly shoved a dental instrument into my child's mouth, resulting in a physical injury (a cut lip). He only shifted his tone once I revealed my professional background in dental assisting — a clear sign that he only respects those he views as "peers," not the patients or parents in his care. Avoid This Office While the support staff was apologetic, they confirmed that Dr. Kim is the only orthodontist available at this location. A practitioner who ignores a child's screams and a parent's direct order to stop is a liability. We left immediately and will never return. I am sharing this so no other family has to endure the physical and emotional trauma we experienced. Choose a provider who prioritizes patient safety and basic human decency.

Went for an emergency visit and literally was waiting over 25 minutes no one bothered to tell me that the Doctor was running late when I went up to the front desk was told that it would be other 15 to 20 minutes. Mind you I made the appointment on my lunch break which is an hour. I don’t get it if im there on time I expect to be seen on time especially fir an emergency visit. I had a really bad toothache and my face was swollen. Why have emergency visits if they not going to see you asap had to call around the area to see if someone had a open spot for me to be seen luckily there was a place right across and they took me in asap. I had a bad infection and had to get the tooth extracted. Don’t set up emergency appointments cause they not going to treat it as an emergency. Very unprofessional of them not to inform there patients that they are running late. Never had I experienced anything like this in revere location which is where I normally go to but I was working in lynn and they were the closest to my job.

I had the best experience today with having an emergency extraction of a tooth!! I highly recommend !

I’m usually pretty nervous about going to the dentist, but Dr. Ahmed Al Saeed makes it a lot easier. He’s incredibly skilled and professional. I’ve had quite a bit of work done here and always felt I’m in good hands. On my last visit, he removed two wisdom teeth in less than a minute; it was super quick and smooth which really shows his expertise. The whole team is great from the front desk to the assistants, especially Melissa she is kind, patient and always makes sure you feel comfortable.

the staff here are courteous and polite. The service was efficient and speedy.

10/10 service. Friendly staff, and a clean, welcoming environment. I am extremely happy with the care provided by Dr. Ahmed Saeed. He was very attentive and patient, addressed and resolved my issue promptly, and explained everything thoroughly. I left the clinic with my self-esteem restored. Very fair prices! Highly recommend.

I wanna start off by saying The front staff at Dr. dental is awesome especially Karina I was having severe problems with my insurance and she got it all worked out and I got to get seen by Doctor Al Saeed Who was a phenomenal Dentist . He was so friendly kind gentle I was nervous he calmed me down and he was very welcoming of telling me to bring my service dog that he loves dogs they made me feel very welcomed even his dental assistant melissa very friendly very kind the place was clean but when it came down to doing my teeth he did such a thorough exam and told me my tooth was not broken I had no cavity I had a dead tooth and that we could do a root canal I was so happy he was going to do it right there and then but A prior off he wasn't gonna even have me wait but of course we all know insurance companies are crazy so you gotta follow the Insurance rules. I would say I recommend this place to anyone they're very accommodating they're opened I believe on a weekends meaning Saturdays yeah they're just very accommodating clean and friendly I would recommend definitely going here because they'll save your truth and not try to take it. I was seen By another Dentist on the same street only a couple buildings down that told me my tooth was broken my insurance didn't cover anything talked about my service dog in the back room to where I heard them and then asked me if i could leave my service dog out of the room Which is against the law .
