Globus Dental Care's Online Review Report Card

Dr Sujata & Hu were absolutely wonderful from start to finish, professional fast and incredibly caring about my concerns and nervousness. Ashley and others at the front desk worked very hard to get things expedited and find me quick appointments for all the work I needed, and I've never had a dentist who I enjoyed so much. Thank you to the professionals at Globus, you made my nerves easier to deal with.

Waste of time. this is the most poor costumer service in the Lynn area. The front desk Don’t even know how to deliver message to the costumer. They don’t know how to bill insurance and then they make as costumer problem . To begin with if patient insurance is not covered why as professional workers you guys accept patients. The work they do is totally unprofessional. Never again and if you are a person like me that you have busy life and you like to waste you time or you can not standing poor costumer service then this place I don’t recommend to you.

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been the front desk lady yells at you they cancel appointments the day of.

This dental office saved me after I was butchered by a well-known dental office Aspen dental... I will start by saying the dentist here are great the only one that would maybe need to work on her bedside manner if you will is one of the owners of Indian descent I wasn't even sure of her name because she came in for 2 seconds looked in my mouth didn't do anything and said that I would need to come back for the root canal specialist... fine no worries I did and again I love all the other dentist there. The downside to this establishment is the front end employees. That's just the thing she's just an employee but you would think that she owned the dental office the way that she told me that I used up my emergency visits and that I would have to pay out of pocket the next time that I went there. The only problem with that is outside of the 90% of people that go there with MassHealth I had full dental regular insurance I never got any of my services for free... I was very confused as to when she told me that I used all of my emergency visits when this is NOT AN EMERGENCY ROOM...and this is coming from the same front end employee that has had her boyfriend in there arguing ...she's taking other calls instead of checking patients in and I get it it's on Union Street it can be a little ghetto but I'm going to need for her to get it together and not act like she owns a dentist office when she's one of the most unprofessional people there. Maryland one of the dental assistant was amazing she's wonderful she makes you feel comfortable and again all the dentist there besides one of the owners were amazing as well. My recommendation is if you do go there and you don't have MassHealth make sure that they know that.(there's nothing wrong with having Mass health but when you pay for good insurance through your job and they act like you have mass health when you don't that's a problem)

Warning if u have mass health and need dentures or other work done she charges a 100$ deposit I called around and no other dentist does that they actually thought it was wrong and said mass health should be told it makes no sense if mass health is paying for it to charge most people who have mass health can't afford do pay and wait a month or more to get it back she told me 7 weeks I will never go back there

I have had several appointments with Globus Dental and it has always been a pleasure working with them for my dental care. My dentist is very knowledgeable and keeps me updated throughout the different dental appointments I have had. Anna at the reception is superb in getting everything set up. Would highly recommend Globus Dental.

Globus Dental is AWESOME. Called to get an appt and have it within 3 days. Been there several times and have not spent more than 45 minutes there.
