Dr Jones is great. Went to the office today and was not aware of the mask mandate for medical offices. I was handed a mask and told about the medical mask mandate because. Clerk was very condescending. I sat down in the empty waiting room drinking water for an upcoming ultrasound. The clerk opened her glass enclosure and proceeded to reprimand me for dropping my mask to drink my water. I explained that drinking water was necessary for my upcoming appointment. She then sent me out into the hallway to stand and wait until I’m called. I’ve had hip surgery and was waiting in pain. No chair was provided. Just ousted. Only one rude person. Hopefully she was just having a bad day but I think she enjoyed her authority.

First appointment I left in tears,I cried in my car,I was bleeding very heavily for 2 months, when I went to see her she saw how bad it was and brought it up a possibility for cancer and shrug her shoulders .😭😭😭 she was a brute,without warning she examed me ,than she booked an appointment ultrasound for 2 moo ok moths ahead,I was desperate so I called my pcp and requested an ultrasound somewhere else, I went back to her one more time she was lovely! End up I had Fibroids! But I never went back again,I found another doctor that recommended me Merena IUD or surgery to remove my uterus. I did some research and found out about the miracle of lugol Iodine,lots of medical literature about that,but doctors wants to push surgery or implants! Iodol lugol stopped my bleeding the next day. I wasn’t taking any medicine cause it wouldn't work and it made me feel sick.

Not very compassionate

I have been a patient of Dr. Jones over 20 years. I think she is an excellent gynecologist; however, I am in the process of finding a new gynecologist because her office has cancelled and asked to reschedule my annual exam three times - clearly my health is not important to the office. This is unacceptable. In addition wait times are also unacceptable when you have an appointment it is typical to wait longer than 15 - 20 minutes.

Have been a patient for 20 years, always kind, caring and thorough. Listens to you and is compassionate.

Dr. Jones is my favorite doctor I've ever had across all specialties. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and takes her time so the appointment doesn't feel rushed. She always checks in and ensures I am part of the decision making process for my own healthcare, instead of dictating to me. Most importantly, she saved my family member's life. After several visits with different doctors, my family member was referred to Dr. Jones. Dr. Jones very quickly diagnosed my family member with cancer and immediately acted to eradicate it. As a result, I am forever grateful to Dr. Jones for that reason alone. I would recommend Dr. Jones to anyone and everyone possible.

She is caring and kind and an excellent surgeon. She is knowledgeable about bio-identical hormone replacement. I highly recommend her.

Told to "use this and come back in 2 weeks". 15 weeks later and they just called to change my appointment again. This is the 4th time! It's Oct 20th. The problem started in JUNE. Unpleasant and unprofessional.

I have been a patient of Dr L Jones for over 20 yrs . She has always been professional and right on with any diagnosis with me. I would call for a asap appointment when needed and they got me right in. Highly recommend her.
