When I had MassHealth and have been to urgent care numerous times they have always went above and beyond asking questions and the nurses are very nice. They will always make sure you get the meds you need at the end of your visit. You just have to make sure you are in their system. The receptionists are ok it really depends on how you speak to them. The only downsides is the customer service over the phone takes a long time. Urgent care can sometimes take up to 4 hours so don't be mad if you have to wait a long time. It is a community clinic after all, and they really do a great job.

Fire Doctor Erjman! She completely neglecting her patients and unprofessional

I have been dealing with this place for years. This is a non-profit for people who really need help. Dr Fredyn. Dr Roopa Chari, Dr Bennet if she is still there. All take bribes from Nizhoni, Comfort care, Allied, And the Eliot staff. Dr Chari recently saw a patient last week at the center and told the patient that her home care was under investigation why because that particular home care refused to pay her vacations. Dr Chari Roopa is a disgrace to the medical field. Dr Chari you are a Dr. Not an investigator. You should take care of your patients and not talk about other organizations. Your patient who you spoke to. You know who she is . Has reported you to the AG for false claims which you have no proof of. I will strongly advised for you to be terminated. You are not fit to be a doctor. When patients come to see you if for their medical care. There was a witness there with the patient when you were talking your non-sense. That was not enough. You now told another patient to post false claims on the same company website which you were talking bad about. Dr Chari from India even if you are American you are an Indian. Dr Fredyn from Russia and Dr Bennet . You need to stop your false claims about other organizations. I recommend for the Lynn Community center to fully investigate these providers they are no good. Please take care of your patients and stop talking about things which you have no proof of. Not for nothing even if you knew that a particular organization is under investigation. It is not for you to talk about it with your patient. Not minding who was present with the patient. You assumed that the employee of that organization who came with the patient was Hispanic. You didn't realized that she worked for the company you were talking about. As I said please take care of your patients and mind your business because now you all will be under investigation

Their automated system gives us the option to have them call us back, but they don't.

Service very bad

The service is good and its one of the few places you can get coverage with your insurance but dear god will you be on hold for hours tryna get anybody on the phone. The call back option does not work as they will not call you back and appointments are on mondays on certain days. Its a really problematic system but again one of the few places to go givej how expensive dental is. If you go in person sometimes u have better results but not always. My advice is just keep at it.

Dr. Roopa Chari is my pcp and I couldn't imagine ever going to see anyone else anywhere else. Also lchc is state and government funded so they are run with strict standards and guidelines with state of the art equipment/resources/care.
