I when to urgent Care on Monday January 29th, I'm saying that because I saw a doctor or the PA Brittany Kang whole wait time was I was in and out in two and a half hours which I really appreciated and I just want to say thank you to all the staff including the receptionist at the front desk everyone treated me like I was the only one there everyone was so nice I want to give you all five stars and say thank you so much for the treatment I received and the empathy that I received as well from.. everyone.and I have been there before and the front desk has always been a thorn in my side but not this time. 5 stars for all of you.
When I walked in there was no line to check in and maybe 4 people sitting in waiting room. I registered then sat and waited 2 hours and start seeing 2 people getting called that arrived after me. I went up to ask and was told I would be seen before 9pm. I have been here since 430. Receptionist didn't ask for last name or anything. I then figured it out, they called my son's first name out 2 people before me. I went up again. The receptionist who dismissed me earlier when I was trying to check my status in line, registered my 6 year old son instead of the 37 year old woman standing in front of her! Why would I bring a child here? Full of sick old people? Instead of being apologetic, she had a complete attitude. Lady, If you don't enjoy ur job, work elsewhere away from people, especially ill people. I addressed that this was a big mistake- age, sex, insurance coverage. She says all she needs to do is change the name, same symptoms. She then asked if I wanted to be taken off the list? Is that the only resolution?! The only reason why i came here is because my primary wanted me to come here for his in network reports. I was finally called to a room at 7. GOT xray at 8. Didn't get seen by Dr until 8 15 PM. I was out by 8:24 pm. 4 hours in urgent care for 10-15 min interaction. I will never return. Hospitals are supposed to be the safest place for HIPPA and securing PPI...freaking scary. Instead of being apologetic for a big mistake she made and dismissing me earlier, she gave me attitude and asked if I wanted to be taken off the list. It's still blowing my mind while I'm writing this. If I didn't check on my son's first name being called and put two and two together, I would have been sitting out there in the waiting room until they closed.
Very poor management. Waiting time over 3 hrs… shortage of staff ? This must be joke and negligence to people health… actually all health system in US is rigged so what to expect with urgent care… better name it Slow Care
Awful!!! Could I dare say that this "medical facility" could have cost me my life? New to this area and do not have a PCP yet, though I have Health insurance- I came here. Hours wait. 1.5hrs, 2 hours, longer at times. with only 1 or 2 other patients ahead of me Once I was the Only patient! Have been trying to be seen here for MONTH+. Hours wait each time, returning home deathly ill, yet never seen. My car would not start and significant other out of State this was the only place I could walk to. After returning home after the last "try", days later I must have picked up yet another illness while there, as this was the Only place I had been--I ended up Even MORE SICK- unable to get out of bed for THREE WEEKS all Alone while my life fell into ruin. I still have yet to see a doctor and suffer everyday. Tried Salem Hospital ER twice -nope-over 25 sick patients ahead of me. Afraid to try again. If you are very ill your best bet is to just Call an Ambulance. This place truly feels like some sort of a scam. Sad. Go elsewhere!
The wait is ridiculous !!! They put you in a room you’d think you’d be seen soon but no 3 freaking hours later they come in oh sorry not acceptable !! Unfortunately when you have an emergency that doesn’t warrant the emergency room you go to urgent care and wait just as freaking long as the emergency room may as well go to the emergency room !!!
The doctors were quite good and thorough, however the wait was brutal for seemingly no reason-there were only 5 people ahead of me and I've spent 4 hours there , while the appointment itself and the relevant procedures were maybe 20 minutes total at the most...
Ignorant. I called to make an appointment and the lady hung up on me after I asked her a question.
My 6 year old saw Dr Lee . He was amazing friendly and kept us inform through our whole visit.Didn’t seem rushed to give a diagnoses Even gave her a pop it braclet. There was a wait but when you get a doctor like Dr.Lee it’s worth it

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
