My husband and I have been going to Dr. Gross for several years now. We are highly satisfied with him. He's professional, courteous, easy to talk to and willing to answer questions. He knows his business well. He is the best. I highly recommend him. He's great with senior citizens as well.

This is Marie Delloiacono. I met Dr. Neil Gross a few weeks back and I can truly tell you, even after only two visits, he’s amazing. Perfect bedside manner, he makes you laugh and keep you nice and calm during any office procedures. He’s quick witted and caring. Explains everything perfectly. He’s a gem. I’m so blessed. Excellent doctor. I’ll never go elsewhere.

Had to wait for almost an hour before my scheduled appointment. Still waiting for after visit note - visit was two weeks ago. Call office daily -" Dr will call you back"- never called back.....

Husband and I just travelled back to see Dr. Neil Gross even though we now live 90 minutes away. He is one skilled eye doctor and ours for life. We could have had telemedicine visits with him but we enjoy seeing him so much in person!!!

Wonderful wonderful Doctor Gross!! Was so refreshing to see him again.!! My husband and I have been receiving our eye care with Dr.Gross for 12 years and we travel back some years from Florida just for him!!.He always sees us right on time and we chat and he then tends to our needs. He has been right on point with diagnosing and treating us. Recommend highly.

This doctor may be wonderful, but I will presume he isn't, as he allows the person representing him, the receptionist - secretary; whichever title the young person holds, to answers his phone, in the most RUDE, condescending, bored, unresponsive, unprofessional and unintelligible manner! (11-20-19 @ 2:02 PM) Dr. Gross holds an MD, which means he spent MANY years in school obtaining that degree. What a shame that the people who interact with his potential patients haven't been told how important their role is. They are the front house and it is imperative they present themselves as a friendly, intelligent, caring -professional office. - I will no longer do business with anyone whose modus-operandi has a weak link! Condolences to Dr. Gross.

Eye Dr. and surgeon had bilateral Lid surgery a week ago and am very pleased thus far. He did my mothers eyes a few years ago and did a beautiful job. Great disposition. Took all the time I needed and encouraged me to voice concerns and ask questions. Very Happy.

So very pleased with Dr.Neil Gross, in Lynn Mass. ...my eye doctor and surgeon. He is highly skilled. He has been my regular eye doctor for years and as I have gotten older, my eyelids top..and bottom became saggy and puffy. Dr Gross performed eyelid plastic surgery,as he also has a special.degree for this. I have been so delighted ever since.I feel younger and people have stopped asking me if I am tired all the time.Now they compliment me on how great I look. Really a relief and I am able to wear eye shadow again. Thanks again Dr.Neil Gross!!

I trust his fantastic care.Got metal in my eye at workplace factory and was so scared.He is my eye doctor so I went right over.He right away got the piece out.I could not believe how fast and I am forever grateful. So glad he is my doctor.
