Awesome doctor. No matter how much he is told to keep a limit as to how long he sees a patient he still stays with them until they are are knowledgeable about what's going on with their health. Very caring doctor. When I reach out to him on patient gateway I always get an answer directly from him. I have been with him now for about five years and I shudder to think I would have to change.

Dr. Urbanczyk is an attentive listener and provides positive support and sound advice. He does seem increasingly hard to get an appointment with (2018). Front desk staff are usually preoccupied and inattentive. Lynn Community Heath Center caters to the Lynn population which is largely non-English speakers. I'm fine with it, but don't expect a fancy suburban office for the affluent.
