Got a Groupon for under $100. I guess that should have been telling of the business. Waited around for an hour in disposable shorts to finally be seen for my pre consultation exam. Went back to another room waited another hour to finally be seen by the Dr quickly looked at my spider vein asked if I was interested in having the procedure done today umm yes Ive wasted three hours of my life at this point. Dr leaves says he will be back... waited for another 30 minutes. I leave the exam room in my disposable shorts and asked the receptionist how much longer before my procedure We only have one Doctor and he has two other procedures before yours so at least another hour. Nope I rescheduled and then I thought back at how valuable my time is the day of my appointment that I couldnt bear the thought of wasting another 4 hours waiting around for poor scheduling. I wish I could tell you the service was amazing and the procedure worked but Im still sitting around waiting.

Everyone was very nice from the front office to the medical team to the insurance liaison. There was no pressure.

Very unprofessional receptionist This company is not on the same page they called and texted me at least 25 times to set 2 appointments that they made for me straight. So when I get there the receptionist wasnt at the desk when she finally came out she asked for my information mind you there was a guy who came in after me who was allowed to get his temperature taken and walk right in. The receptionist asked me for my ID and health card which I forgot at home so then she asked me if I ever had Covid and I said yes back in May then she asked me if I had documentation and I said no if you needed that information why didnt your company ask for that information before I came to this clinic? The receptionist Lilly Rodriguez was very rude and sarcastic. I would not suggest this clinic if youre not Hispanic or know Spanish.

I really liked the clinic. They helped me make a plan for my legs and checked with my insurance company for coverage. All staff from the doctor to the scanners were super.
