the office sucks. I explained my covid symptoms and was told to take Flonase and Benadryl. 3 telehealth appointments. My ear infection and strep were ignored by her. I pretty much was diagnosing myself every time. Anyone who answers the phone is rude

Jessie in dr Powell’s office is great, all the staff there is amazing and care about their patients 12/15/2021 I had to get the medical records send over to a doctor, after just losing a family member Jesse was so attentive to me. All of the staff was showing empathy to me which means a lot. Joseph the intern even showed remorse for my loss and he would be a great asset do your office. I thought my scripts were not filled but I called back and spoke with Michelle and she was awesome helping me out.

She's slightly condescending, and doesn't perform a complete physical on a male. Patronizes to visit those with expertise despite having made an appointment to even have the conversation, after describing the pain and region of pain with proper anatomical name. She, like another doctor, was surprised that i, a male, knew what a vas deferens was- from elementary health class. She frequently suggested ibuprofen, once for toe pain, and reluctant to offer referral to a pediatrist who suggest orthotics and had a better bed side manner, and ended my toe pain.

Jesse is probably the coolest person that works there. She makes you feel very comfortable while waiting for your doctor. Dr. Powell is a great doctor. Definitely knows what's she's talking about. I've also seen Carmen a few times when Dr. Powell was out, and she's also very kind and educated. Really love the staff here.

Dr. Jennifer Powell is a fine doctor but her office practices and appointment requirements are infuriating. Multiple times I have needed a quick prescription for asthma or birth control and been forced to visit the office in order to get said prescription. I'd wait 40 min for a 2 minute conversation and then pay over $100 for the visit. If she was changing my birth control prescription, however, I would have no notice except when I picked it up from the pharmacy and noticed the packaging was different. The pinnacle of ridiculousness was this last "visit" during the Covid pandemic. I had moved and my would-be new doctor had to keep delaying visits due to the pandemic. I called Dr. Powell and explained I only needed a month's prescription for asthma to carry me through but she absolutely would not write one without a "visit", aka a video call. Even after I said I didn't want to pay over $100 for just a piece of paper, her office insisted and said it would not be that much. Well a 7 minute video conversation later in which I was asked how I felt and thus given my asthma prescription, I now owe $132. The service is fine, but be prepared to pay for every little thing you may need.

Excellent service and diagnosis Great treatment very friendly environment they have a great staff I definitely recommend the place.
