Lieu Tran's Online Review Report Card

I unfortunately got assigned Dr Tran at Tufts center community Care in Malden as my primary care when my company switched to allways health insurance. The one time I actually needed them, I had gotten sick and received a positive covid test the day before and needed to get antiviral medications as I am at higher risk of complications. I called their office and it took at least 10 minutes on hold to get through around 10am. the receptionist promised that Dr Tran would call me back for the end of the day, I waited 6 hours and she never did. I tried to call back on Monday and was put on hold for more than 15 minutes before I gave up in disgust. I am switching primary care physicians and I recommend anyone else unfortunate enough to be assigned to this practice to do so as well.

Dr. Tran has been my primary care for about a year now. We only met once on a virtual call back in July and she was super kind and truly listened to some of my concerns. I unfortunately didn’t have any medical insurance and when I needed some paperwork for my job she was on top of everything. Her assistant and the doctor herself called me and wrote me all necessary work notes, not a lot of providers do that from just meeting a person once. She followed up with me via a phone call too to make sure I was all set. When I finally got insurance she was able to get me right in to see her, she listened to all of my concerns once again and provided the best care possible. I am a patient who is definitely overweight and she did not once mention my weight in regards to my other issues, that truly was a first for me. I really appreciate Dr. Tran and would recommend her to anyone! Thank you so much Dr. Tran for providing excellent care!

I, unfortunately, didn't have a good experience with this doctor, I have a medical condition and I was out of my medicine, refused to refill it even though it's a condition I have had since I was 8 months old. Later in the year called twice to get a Covid test since I was in close contact with someone that tested positive for Covid-19 and this provider and this facility don't provide testing to people that are asymptomatic even if they were in close con with someone that tested positive.

We had bad experience with Dr.Tan . Looks like they are in business to bill more from the patient we took appointment for annual check up which covered under Insurance and they changed to outpatient visit to get more money/billing from visit

Dr Tran delivered by first baby , and I will give everything to have her do it again ! She’s so nice and polite ! God bless you Dr Tran ????
