***UPDATE 12/2022*** When able to see Dr Siu all my positive still stand. Unfortunately in his advanced age he is not as available and the office is much less personally involved. Sterile in a bad way, no warmth anymore, no feeling of personal involvement. Will always love Dr Siu for what he has done, but the office is past its peak at this point. ****ORIGINAL POST*** Mathew Siu most helpful and informative pcp I've ever had and amazing staff top to bottom. Always go above and beyond

The secretary does not provide great patient care. EVERYTIME I call to make an appointment for my husband she doesn’t actually book the appointment. She gives me the run around. I had to book through zocdok because she failed to do her job not once but THREE TIMES. If it wasn’t for Dr.Siu being a phenomenal provider. We would’ve left and found a different practice.

Great family practice. The Dr. runs late alot though. One person I will give 5+ stars to is Donna in the office. When there is a health scare and time is of the essence- this woman comes through with the most professional, efficient, kindness, common sense, & compassion to help make a miserable situation manageable. Thank you Donna!

we have been seeing Dr Matthew Siu for 18 years and cannot imagine seeing another Dr. He is so patient and understanding, doesnt dismiss your concerns like others do.. He remembers most of the events of my life at each visit no matter how long.. i could go on and on but not enough space... He is one of the few that are such a natural in what they do.. I am blessed and proud to have him as my primary physician!

great person, really nice office and all, but has taken an approach to my health is what i would expect from a doctor i've never seen, not one i've seen for nearly 10 years. Rather than explain what he finds from bloodwork/exams, which leads to frustration and 6 months of jumping through hoops
